Hotel Deauville

unfortunately people partying with loud music from midnight to 6am, the hotel says it can't do anything about it

I had a beautiful large room overlooking the sea and the Malecon with a balcony. Very comfortable bed. Air conditioning at the right temperature. A fridge that works well. A large TV. Electronic safety deposit box. Renovated bathroom with walk-in shower. Polite and helpful staff. Very good prices at the bar. The only thing that bothered me a little was when the locals arrived with the children for the day at the pool. So noisy and not very respectful. Also in the evening when the party starts at the pool and always with the locals (not really hotel guests) So noisy. But that's how it has been since the locals came to the hotels. On the other hand, I recommend this hotel if you accept these inconveniences. I will definitely return.

J'avais une belle grande chambre donnant sur la mer et le Malecon avec balcon. Lit très confortable. Climatisation à la bonne température. Un frigo qui fonctionne bien. Une grande télé. Coffret de sécurité électronique. Salle de bain rénovée avec douche à l'italienne. Personnel poli et serviable. Très bon prix au bar. La seul chose qui m'a un peu dérangé c'est quand les locaux débarques avec les enfants pour la journée à la piscine. Tellement bruyant et pas très respectueux. Le soir également quand le party commence à la piscine et toujours avec les locaux (pas vraiment les clients de l'hôtel) Tellement bruyant. Mais cela est comme cela depuis que les locaux viennent dans les hôtels. Par contre je recommande cet hôtel si vous accepté ces désagréments. Je retournerai certainement.

négatif: douche froide, toute sorte de gens dans la rue qui veulent escroquer, l'argent n'a pas la même valeur partout, internet, guichet,

Je crois malhonnête votre présentation de la chambre offerte, il en existe une seule qui soit semblable à votre photo promotionnelle, elle est au 14 iemme étage. Les chambres que l’hotél nous donne non rien a voir avec cela. J’ai des photos pour prouver ce que j’avance. J’ai l’intentions de les déposer avec mes commentaires sur Trip Adviser, si cela est possible Positif : 1) Le point le plus positif de cette mésaventure est l’extrême gentillesse et la rapidité d’action de votre représentante sur place; Mme Daris
2) la situation de l’hôtel sur le Malecón, et la vue imprenable sur l’ocean Négatif : 1) la saleté extrême de la chambre, ainsi que le peut d’ efforts de la part du personnel pour régler le problème. Ils sont très bon pour nous faire du cinéma et ne rien faire
2) la présence de punaises de lit
3) l’air climatisé qui ne fonctionne pas
4) les rideaux qui tombent en lambeaux et n’ont probablement jamais été lavé
5) le bol de toilette constamment bouché et le l’écoulement du lavabo qui fonctionne difficilement
6) les plaques de verre du balcon qui ne sont pas sécuritaires, les barquettes n’étant Pas fonctionnelles
7) chambre 706 notre chambre
nous avions un couple d’ami qui résidait aussi à l’hôtel, rencontré par hasard, et ce n’ était pas plus agréable
8) pour la nourriture, je ne m’attendais à plus, donc correct, mais j’ai horreur d’attendre après mon déjeuner pendant que le cuisinier fait des sandwiches en douce pour les membres du personnel,
il y a aussi le responsable à la porte qui doit diriger la clientèle vers les tables disponibles (Carlos), et de me faire vulgairement attendre pendant qu’il y a des tables de libres, ou que monsieur Carlos est en a flirter avec la jeune fille qui s’occupe des fruits
