Un bijou dans les Antilles

Looking for a place to relax, eat well, and be served in French by courteous staff? This is the place for you. The hotel is large yet intimate, and there's no loud music at all times, so you can truly live in the moment. It's centrally located on the island, so by renting a car, you can have lunch at the hotel, explore part of the island, and be back for dinner. Repeat this formula for 4-5 days, and you'll have seen the whole island, which is truly worthwhile. In our opinion, the food is the best we've had so far on our travels (including Cuba, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico). They use excellent spices in all the dishes and offer a good variety each day.

Chercher un endroit ou passer du temps de relaxation, bien manger, être servi en français par des gens très courtoit, ceci est l'endroit pour vous. L'hotel est grand mais petit à la fois, il n'y a pas de musique forte en tout temps donc on peut vivre l'instant présent. L'hotel est central sur l'ile donc en louant une voiture vous allez être capable de déjeuner à l'hotel, visité une partie de l'ile et être de retour pour souper, répété cette formule 4-5 jours et vous allez avoir visité l'ile au complèt qui en vaux vraiment la peine. La nourriture est selon nous la meilleur qu'on a eu a date dans nos voyages (incluant, Cuba, République Dominicaine et le Mexique), ils utilisent des excellentes épices pour tous les plats et offre une bonne variété chaque jours.
