I love this place, it's ideal for relaxing, and I love the pizza. If you want to unwind and be quiet, this is the place. But if you're looking for a party, look elsewhere. The beach is beautiful, and there are palapas galore! These comments are from last year because, as we know, in Cuba these days...

I enjoyed the resort overall. I'll refrain from suggesting improvements, given the political climate at the time, which forced the resort to close and thus cut my vacation short. I imagine that in a more "normal" context, some things would have been better.

No hot water all week, no desire to help us, a frog in the room every day, the air conditioning in the room didn't work, the beach was very ordinary with lots of seaweed and rocks at the entrance to the sea. The Sunwing representative we had was absolutely useless (male). The buffet was repetitive but adequate. 27th time in Cuba, first time at this resort and guaranteed last.
