Fantastic and unique hotel with beautiful architecture and lots of artwork, plus access to all the Xcaret parks with transportation. We also appreciated the airport pickup and transfer directly to the hotel. The food, staff, and cleanliness were very good. We went in July, and the tourists were almost exclusively Mexican. The hotel has many secluded spots to relax, but it can become quite a maze.

Hôtel fantastique original avec un belle architecture et beaucoup oeuvre d'art aussi accès à toute les parc de xcaret avec transport.Nous avons aimé aussi la prise en charge et transport de l'aéroport à l'hôtel directement.Nourriture et personel et propreté très bien.Nous sommes aller au mois juillet et Touriste presque exclusivement mexicain.Hotel avec beaucoup de coin cacher pour se détendre mais peut devenir un vrai labyrinthe
