If you enjoy outdoor activities and want to visit all the Xcaret group's parks, this hotel is definitely worth it. Park entrance fees and transportation are included. Note that some parks require advance booking, so simply contact them about a month in advance. Everything is well-organized. The buffet is magnificent and memorable. My favorite restaurant is Tah-Xi-do for its à la carte menu, which is included with the hotel.

Si vous aimez les activités et désirez visiter tous les parcs du groupe Xcaret, cet hôtel en vaut vraiment la peine. L’entrée aux parcs ainsi que le transport pour s’y rendre sont inclus. Notez que certains parcs doivent être réservés à l’avance, donc il suffit de leur écrire environ un mois à l’avance. Le tout est bien organisé. Le buffet est magnifique et mémorable. Mon restaurant préféré est le Tah-Xi-do pour le menu à la carte, compris avec l’hôtel.

Fantastic and unique hotel with beautiful architecture and lots of artwork, plus access to all the Xcaret parks with transportation. We also appreciated the airport pickup and transfer directly to the hotel. The food, staff, and cleanliness were very good. We went in July, and the tourists were almost exclusively Mexican. The hotel has many secluded spots to relax, but it can become quite a maze.
