Very beautiful, huge hotel
Très bel hôtel immense

Plan ahead because the site is huge and it's easy to get lost! Book your restaurant in advance, which we didn't do, and we had to go there in person (to each restaurant to confirm availability) as they seemed full when we tried to book through the concierge. Otherwise, it's a magnificent place if you enjoy walking and doing lots of activities; in a week we didn't manage to do everything!

Préparez vous à l’avance car le site est immense et c’est facile de s’y perdre ! Réservez vous restaurant à l’avance, ce que nous n’avions pas fait, et il a fallu se rendre sur place (à chaque restaurant pour valider la possibilité de manger) comme ça semblait plein quand on a essayé de réserver avec le concierge. Sinon, c’est un endroit magnifique si vous aimez marcher et faire plein d’activités, en une semaine nous avons pas réussi à tout faire !!

Incredible trip
Voyage incroyable

We've traveled as a couple and as a family (two teenagers here) to about twenty all-inclusive resorts, and we've never experienced service, beauty, cleanliness, food, presentation, or attention to detail on this level. The included activities are wonderful (we did Xplor, Xplor Fuego, Xel-Ha, and Xenotes), and transportation to the sites is incredibly easy via the hotel's central station. We highly recommend it!

Les activités incluses sont merveilleuses (nous avons fait Xplor, Xplor Fuego, Xel-Ha, Xenotes) et le transport vers les sites est ultra facile via la gare centrale de l'hôtel. The possibility of visiting Xcarets Park is the biggest advantage of this hotel. It's odd, however, that the shuttle to Xplore Park starts at 10:40 AM when the park doesn't open until 8 or 9 AM. We took a taxi to the park to take advantage of the lower early morning crowds. Otherwise, the hotel didn't provide much information about how the park operates. The buffet was rather ordinary and very focused on Mexican food. A bit disappointing and less interesting than the Iberostat Paraiso Maya, for example.

La possibilité d’aller dans les parc xcarets est le gros avantage de cet hôtel. Bizarre cependant que l navette pour le parc xplore débute à 10h40 alors que le parc ouvre à 8-9h. Nous avons priés un taxi pour ce parc afin de profiter de la faible achalandage du début de journée.
Sinon, pas beaucoup d’informations de la part de l’hôtel sur le fonctionnement du site. Le buffet était plutôt ordinaire et vraiment accès sur l nourriture mexicaine. Buffet un peu décevant et moins intéressant que le iberostat paraiso maya par exemple

An exceptional trip and site
Un voyage et un site exceptionnel

We've done several 5-star all-inclusive holidays with our children, but this trip was by far the most beautiful, enjoyable, and exceptional. All the parks allowed us to have an extraordinary vacation.
