Magnifique séjour

A truly excellent 5-star hotel. Not too big, just perfect. The food was superb. They make an exceptional effort to collect the sargassum seaweed.

Hôtel 5 étoiles vraiment à la hauteur. Pas trop gros, juste parfait. La bouffe était excellente. Ils font vraiment un effort exceptionnel pour ramasser les sargasses.

A magnificent, calm and peaceful place!
Magnifique endroit calme et paisible!

The resort was very clean with excellent service. We had a lovely room with a very comfortable bed (Junior King Suite with ocean view). The beach is cleaned regularly to remove sargassum seaweed. There are four à la carte restaurants (reservations required for the Asian restaurant only), but no steakhouse. Overall, this resort met our expectations.

The choice of restaurants was limited; we had to go to the Italian restaurant twice and order the same thing, as the others were closed. The rooms weren't cleaned early in the morning, sometimes not at all. There was noise and a lot of commotion at night. We were there during the JBloom convention; they were noisy, and the staff only seemed to care about them. Why turn on the TV and show pay-per-view programming? We already pay enough; we don't need to be asked for money for TV. There was an intrusive push for a Hyatt chain membership. No chairs on the beach. The view from the room was of the rooftops.

Le choix des restaurants était restreint nous avons du aller 2 fois au restau Italien avec le même menu, car les autres étaient fermés. Les chambres n’étaient p’as faites tôt le matin, parfois pas du tout. Bruit et brouhaha la nuit. Nous étions durant la convention de JBloom, ils étaient bruyants et les employés ne s’occupaient que d’eux. C’est quoi ça d’allumer la TV et y faire afficher un programmation payante ? On paie déjà assez cher, nous n’avons pas besoin de se faire quémander de l’argent pour la tv. Sollicitation invasive pour un membership de la chaîne Hyatt. Pas de chaises à la plage. Vu sur les toitures à partir de la chambre.
