We loved this hotel, everything is clean, the restaurants are very good, no waiting to get in, the staff are always very welcoming.

everything went well as expected, no surprises. Positive: Our representative TMR Guillaume was excellent, it takes time, and no pressure. Negative: we were suppose to receive gifts "companions" for the package we had, nobody we spoke. the same discount coupons for various activities ultimately it is William who has toughed us but otherwise nothing. the pool was ridiculously small, I was at Dreams Cancun.

tout s'est bien passe comme prévu, pas de surprise. Positif : Notre représentant de TMR Guillaume était excellent, il prend le temps, et aucune pression. Négatif : on était suppose recevoir des cadeaux "compagnons" pour le forfait qu'on avait pris, personne ne nous en a parle.
meme les coupons de rabais pour differentes activités finalement c'est Guillaume qui nous les a débrouilles mais sinon rien non plus.
la piscine était ridiculement petite, j'etais au Dreams Cancun.
