Good family hotel

Sargassum is an inconvenience for vacationers and a challenge for hoteliers. Iberostar works hard to ensure regular collection, but it's still unpleasant. Old-school American music dominates the lobby and main square, never any Latin music, much less live music. The service at the buffets and bars is of variable quality, with several staff members appearing untrained. The grounds, trees, and flowers are very beautiful and well-landscaped. There are too many motorized vehicles on the trails. In short, my third visit was pleasant, but it will be the last.
Les sargasses sont un désagrément pour les vacanciers et un défi pour les hôteliers. Iberostar travaille dure pour faire un ramassage régulier mais ça reste déplaisant. La musique américaine d'une ère ancienne domine le lobby et la grande place, jamais de musique latine encore moins live. Le service en salle aux buffets et bars est de qualité variable, plusieurs équipes semblant peu rodées. Les terrains, les arbres et les fleurs sont très beaux et bien aménagés. Il y a trop de véhicules motorisés sur les sentiers. Bref ma troisième visite fut agréable mais ce sera la dernière.

Very nice hotel, beautiful garden, super beautiful beach and pool. The only thing that disappointed me was the food, there is no lack of choice but the food is bland. Positive: entertainment, cleanliness, the kindness of the staff, the beach and the pool, the very clean rooms. Negative: Bland food
Très belle hotel, jardin magnifique, plage et piscine super belle. La seul chose qui ma déçu c’est la nourriture, ce n’est pas le choix qui manque mais la nourriture est fade. Positif : animations, propreté, la gentillesse du personnel, la plage et la piscine, les chambres très propres. Négatif : Nourriture fade

The hotel is excellent overall. The slightly low ratings are in comparison to the Bavaro Princess that I usually go to. Positive: Excellent cleanliness, huge beach. Negative: The buffet is poorly equipped to keep food warm. The food is gourmet but cold. I don't know if this is a European custom, as most of the guests come from Europe, but the Bavaro Princess was much better organized in this regard, mainly the vegetables were more abundant and warmer. There is only one pool that is quite noisy because all the activities are concentrated there. The room has a very small and poorly placed balcony compared to the Bavaro Princess.
L'hôtel est excellent en général. Les notes un peu basses sont en comparaison par rapport au Bavaro Princess avec lequel j'ai l'habitude d'aller. Positif : Propreté excellente, plage immense. Négatif : Le buffet est mal équipé pour maintenir les plats au chaud. La nourriture est gastronomique mais froide. Je ne sais pas si c'est une coutume européenne, car la plupart des clients viennent d'Europe, mais le Bavaro Princess était beaucoup mieux organisé sur ce point de vue, principalement les légumes étaient plus abondants et plus chauds.

La chambre possède un balcon très petit et mal placé en comparaison au Bavaro Princess.

The site is being renovated for a good part but far from our room, there were only 2 restaurants open and one with 3 different ones.....the buffet was better. it was our 2nd visit so get used to it.... Positive: Food, good quality WINES, cheerful staff....with service without any waiting...place at the beach more than quiet the hotel was half full so no more space for us we never went to the pool, there are two in different places, including a brand new one with a nice little bar.... Negative: the renovations....for a long time with the scale of the work.... room freshly renovated so hot water is a problem no TV 3 days...but TV there is Hispanic TV. A bit of American...phew... ...only TV5 which for me is a disaster with these damn stupid French programs....and old French film clips.....should turn off the station! I skip it
Site en réno sur une bonne partie mais loin de notre chambre , il n'y 'avait que 2 restaurant ouverts et un en faisant 3 différents.....le buffet était meilleur .
More... Less...c'était notre 2 ième visite donc habituer.... Positif : Nourriture , VINS de bonne qualité , personnel de bonne humeur ....avec un service sans attente aucune ...endroit à la plage plus que calme l'hôtel était à moitié plein donc plus d'espace pour ns
ns ne sommes jamais aller à la piscine , y' en a deux à différents endroits , dont une toute neuve avec petit bar sympa.... Négatif : le rénos ....pour un bon bout avec l'ampleur des travaux ....
chambre fraîchement rénover donc eau chaude en problème pas de télé 3 jours ...mais télé la bas c'est télé hispanique .un peu d'américain ..fiou ... ...seul tv5 qui pour moi est un désastre avec ces foutus émissions française à la con ....et de vieux clisss de film franssa.....devrait fermer le poste ! moi je le saute
