The entire staff was fantastic. They all did their best to satisfy us despite the temperature/situation. The situation described by Nadia doesn't help at all!

A fantastic stay!
Un super sejour !

We lacked nothing except sunshine for the last three days, but that's beyond our control. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and modern, and there was no shortage of food at the buffet, although there could be more variety. It's a quiet hotel with not much entertainment. I didn't try the à la carte restaurants, but I heard good things about the Italian one. I loved my stay with my children!
