Great stay despite a few inconveniences
Super séjour malgré quelque désagréments
We had a great stay because the goal was to switch off our brains. However, there were a few drawbacks: - it was impossible to go to the Italian restaurant since reservations weren't possible and everyone was going there all the time - the bathroom door rubbed against the floor - the shows were a bit cheap for the quality of the hotel - the elevator was completely ineffective (luckily we were on the 3rd floor… the people upstairs on the 11th floor took forever to get in or out of their rooms) - there weren't enough umbrellas for the chairs on the beach (why??) - the concierge was useless (just wanted to sell us coupons). But the food/drinks, the view, the beach (cleaned and trimmed every day), and the service were very good.
On avons eu un super séjour car le but était d’éteindre le cerveau. Mais quelque désagrément:
More... Less...- impossible d’aller au resto italien puisque qu’il n’y avait pas de possibilités de réserver et tout le monde y allais tout le temps
- porte de chambre de bain qui frotte au sol
- les spectacles étais un peu cheap pour la qualité de l’hôtel
- lasenceur étais complètement inefficace ( heureusement on étais au 3e… les gens qui étais en haut au 11e prenait une éternité à monter ou descendre de leur chambre)
- manquait de parasol pour les chaise sur la p’age(mais pourquoi ??)
- le concierge était inutile ( veux juste nous vendre des coupons )
Mais la bouffe/boissons, la vue, la plage (nettoyer élagué à chaque jour) , le service était très bien

Perfect or almost

The next day, we made an appointment for a massage for two, which we had planned the day before our departure. When we arrived, the masseuse told us that the gift was only for one person and that we had to buy the second massage, so we understood that it was a scam just to follow their presentation and make us pay for a second massage! I was very disappointed and refused to use the gift and have to choose between me and my husband who will receive this poisoned chalice. It did not ruin my vacation but I do not like to be fooled like this… It was a very nice hotel with impeccable staff and very varied food. Only negative point: on arrival they offer you a presentation on how to invest in the hotel and become a member of the iberostar club in exchange for a gift (massage for two). We agreed to take the presentation, which was a little too long in my opinion (3 hours) and when we didn't accept their offer, they insisted too much! (It was embarrassing). The next day, we made an appointment for a massage for two, which we had planned the day before our departure. Le lendemain, nous avons pris rendez-vous pour un massage à deux, que nous avions prévu la veille de notre départ. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, la masseuse nous a dit que le cadeau n'était que pour une personne qu’il faut acheter le deuxième massage, nous avons donc compris qu'il s'agissait d'une arnaque juste pour suivre leur présentation et nous faire payer un deuxième massage ! J'ai été très déçue et j'ai refusé d'utiliser le cadeau et d'avoir à choisir entre moi et mon mari qui recevra ce cadeau empoisonné. Cela ne pas gâché mes vacances mais j’aime pas me faire avoir ainsi…
