The staff is highly praised for their courtesy, warm welcome, and excellent service. The property is distinguished by its impeccable cleanliness, beautiful gardens, and stunning location. The food is considered excellent and varied, particularly at the buffet, with quality à la carte restaurants. Furthermore, the swimming pool is large, clean, and well-maintained, and the beach is beautiful, spacious, and offers numerous amenities. However, it is sometimes mentioned that the beach can be windy, have seaweed, or the water may be less clear.

The pool wasn't cleaned very well. The beach wasn't very appealing, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. The buffet was excellent.
Buffet excellent

Excellent value for money
Excellent rapport qualité-prix
The grounds, the vegetation, the beach—everything is magnificent. There's plenty of shade and lounge chairs. There were no chair reservations (just little signs saying it's prohibited everywhere) in the morning, which was a first for me, and a good thing too. Everything is close and easily accessible. The staff is generally friendly (the bartenders a little less so). The food is very good, both at the buffets and in the restaurants. For those who like activities, there are some at the pool, but the beach is quiet. However, it's very windy and there are waves, and the water is always murky with sand. There was no sargassum seaweed, which is unusual for the Caribbean during sargassum season. We swam to the right of the beach, a 5-minute walk away, where the sea is nicer, but it's no longer part of the hotel grounds; it's a public beach (flea market and restaurants - El Pueblo). The room was clean and the bed comfortable. You need earplugs to sleep, and there are several animals that bark at night. I would gladly return; it's a sure thing in my opinion.
