A very nice resort for relaxation. The food is excellent and the staff attentive. I was disappointed by the noise from the trucks driving on the road behind the private pools (for rooms approximately 7035 to 7045). We couldn't order drinks to our room despite the butler's offer of service. In my opinion, he's unnecessary. Another negative point: be wary of anyone offering free massages or other services to pressure you into becoming an Iberostar member. And don't forget your EpiPen if you have allergies, as the hotel doesn't stock them. In conclusion, I recommend this hotel for its tranquility, food, and comfort.
Très beau complexe pour relaxer. La nourriture est excellente et le personnel attentionné. J' ai été déçu par le bruit des camions qui circulaient sur le chemin situé derrière les piscines privées (pour les chambres 7035 à 7045 aprox.). Nous avons pas pu commander des boissons à notre chambre malgré le service offert de marjordome. À mon avis, il n'est pas nécessaire. Un autre point négatif, méfiez-vous de la personne qui vous offre des massages gratuits ou autres services pour vous insister à devenir membre de Iberostar. Et n'oubliez pas votre Épipen si vous avez des allergies car l'hôtel n'en possède pas...Pour terminer, je recommande cet Hôtel pour sa tranquillité, sa nourriture et pour son confort.

Everything was great! The room, the quality of the food and drinks really impressed me! The service was perfect! I enjoyed all the activities offered: Pilates, several aqua gym exercises, great shows and dancing after dinner. The Staff works very hard to offer the best service possible!

We stayed for a week at the Joia Bávaro in room 7351, and it was simply an unforgettable experience. The room was magnificent, undoubtedly the most beautiful we have had during our many trips to luxury hotels. From the moment we arrived, we noticed that every detail was carefully thought out, which truly sets this establishment apart from the others. The hotel has absolutely nothing to envy of the largest luxury resorts. The dining also deserves a special mention: each restaurant we tried offered cuisine of remarkable quality, undoubtedly among the best meals we have had the chance to taste while traveling. The impeccable cleanliness and the beauty of the site complete this unique experience. In our eyes, this hotel even deserves a 6-star rating, as the level of service and quality exceeds all expectations. We had a dream week and we will definitely return to the Joia Bávaro.
Nous avons séjourné une semaine au Joia Bávaro dans la chambre 7351, et ce fut tout simplement une expérience inoubliable. La chambre était magnifique, sans doute la plus belle que nous ayons eue lors de nos nombreux voyages dans des hôtels de luxe.
More... Less...Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que chaque détail était pensé avec soin, ce qui distingue réellement cet établissement des autres. L’hôtel n’a absolument rien à envier aux plus grands complexes de luxe.
La restauration mérite également une mention spéciale : chaque restaurant que nous avons essayé offrait une cuisine d’une qualité remarquable, sans doute parmi les meilleurs repas que nous ayons eu la chance de déguster en voyage.
La propreté impeccable et la beauté du site complètent cette expérience unique. À nos yeux, cet hôtel mérite même d’être classé 6 étoiles tant le niveau de service et de qualité dépasse toutes attentes.
Nous avons vécu une semaine de rêve et il est certain que nous reviendrons au Joia Bávaro.
