What a great choice for a vacation!! Everything at the Grand Paraiso is perfect. The service is at a level I have never experienced anything like before. The meals are of very good quality. The drinks are excellent. The room service is perfect. The availability of chairs around the pool as well as the service of the waitresses is also perfect in every way. The service of the maids is so attentive. It's incredible. The service of the concierges (Cecilia and Luis) was greatly appreciated throughout the stay for booking restaurants, helping us whenever we needed them. Thank you both!! The people who organize the activities are so kind. A big thank you especially to Daniel, Adrian and Oscar!! You were great. Our evenings were only improved. Quel beau choix pour des vacances !! Tout au Grand Paraiso est parfait Le service est a un niveau tel que je n'ai jamais expérimenté quelque chose de semblable avant. Les repas sont de très bonnes qualités. Les drinks excellents. Le service au chambre parfait. La disponibilité des chaises autour de la piscine ainsi que le service des serveuses est également parfait a tout point de vue.
Le service des femmes de chambre es tellement attentionné. c'est incroyable.
Le service des concierges (Cecilia et Luis) a été grandement apprécié tout au long du séjour pour réserver les restos, nous aider des que nous avions besoin d'eux. Merci a vous 2 !!
