The room was dreadful. There was mold everywhere in our bathroom. The shower curtain, bathtub sealant, molding, ceiling, and even the toilet were covered in it. The walls were filthy, and the doors were black with fingerprints. The small sofa and chair were stained as well. The bed sheets were also stained. There was no mosquito net for the patio door. The air conditioning barely worked. It only blew out damp, smelly air. The odor was as if the ventilation system hadn't been cleaned in years. The room constantly smelled damp. The overall rating calculation is intentionally incorrect by the discount travel website. My rating, after calculation, is 45%, but the website calculates 55%. Be careful.

Chambre exécrable. Il y avait de la moisissure partout dans notre salle de bain. Rideau de douche, joint d'étanchéité du bain, moulure, plafond et meme la toilette en avaient. Les murs étaient tres sale et les portes étaient noir de trace de doigt. Le petit divan et la chaise étaient taché aussi. Les draps du lit etait également tachés. Pas de moustiquaire pour la poste patio. L'air climatisé ne fonctionne pas vraiment. Elle envoie que du vent humide et qui sent pas bon. L'odeur est mauvaise comme si la ventilation n'avait pas été nettoyé depuis des années. La chambre sent continuellement l'humidité.

We stayed from January 18th to 25th, 2026, and it was simply a fantastic holiday. The staff was lovely. The customer service was efficient; we ate at the buffet and in the restaurant. We never lacked food or anything else. We will definitely be back!

For a budget-friendly trip, it's a very nice hotel. The food is good, but nothing extraordinary. But for Cuba, it's among the best, I'd say.
