No food, hot water in my toilet when the whole hotel is lacking it. No dish soap so the dishes are always dirty.

Pas de nourriture, de l'eau chaude dans ma toilette quand tout l'hôtel en manque. Pas de savon à vaisselle alors la vaisselle est toujours sale.

Beautiful, peaceful resort with warm, welcoming, and very attentive staff. Long beach for walking. For tips, bring US$1 and US$5 bills, as Canadian currency (coins) is not accepted in Cuban banks. Alternatively, bring US$20 bills to buy their coins. Paper money must be clean and undamaged.

Beau complexe, paisible avec un personnel chaleureux, accueillant et très attentionné. Longue plage pour la promenade. Pour les pourboires, apportez des billets de 1 et 5 $ US, car la monnaie canadienne (pièces) n'est pas échangeable dans les banques cubaines.
