A relaxing week in an enchanting setting with breathtaking flora and fauna. The place is very well maintained and the hotel staff are friendly. For us, Iberostar was love at first sight!

First time in Mexico and a real gem! The hotel grounds are huge, but shuttles run regularly to make getting around easy. The facilities are varied: gym, shopping center (taqueria, ice cream shop, cafe, churros), nightclub, mini-golf, and children's areas (park, carousel). The vegetation is stunning, and the presence of exotic animals (flamingos, peacocks, capybaras, coatis, etc.) makes the experience even more unique. We stayed there as a couple for our 10th anniversary, but would definitely return with the family. The buffet offers a great variety, the shows are entertaining, and the entertainment team is welcoming. The yoga sessions on the beach, especially with Ahtziry, are a must. Easy access to Playa del Carmen with daily departures—perfect for exploring Quinta Avenida, small local restaurants, and street food in the surrounding area. A complete stay that I highly recommend.

Nous y avons séjourné en couple pour nos 10 ans, mais y retournerions sans hésiter en famille. Le buffet offre une belle variété, les spectacles sont divertissants et l’équipe d’animation est chaleureuse. Les séances de yoga sur la plage, surtout avec Ahtziry, sont un incontournable.

Accès facile à Playa del Carmen avec des départs quotidiens — parfait pour découvrir la Quinta Avenida, des petits restos locaux + street food dans les alentours.

Un séjour complet que je recommande fortement.

Very nice hotel
Très belle hôtel

We had a wonderful week. The sun was shining, the beach was beautiful (a little sargassum seaweed, but it was collected daily), and the room was great and spotlessly clean. However, the pool's cleanliness left something to be desired. We highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back!! 😎
