Overall, our stay was a wonderful experience. The surroundings are stunning, the restaurants are excellent, the entertainment is great, and the beach is beautiful. While seaweed is present, the hotel works hard to keep the area clean. The only downside was the arrival reception; the service was incredibly slow, even with pre-registration, and it took over three hours to get our room. I think the hotel is well aware of airline arrivals and could do a better job of organizing guest check-in.

Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour a été une très belle experiences, lieux avec une nature saisissant, tres bon restaurants, belle animation et belle plage, naturellement les sagasses sont présente mais l'hotel travail acharnement pour nettoyer les lieux.
Le point négatif est la reception d'arriver, service très long, meme avec un préenregistrement et plus de 3h00 pour avoir notre chambre. Je pense que l'hôtel connais très bien les arrivés des compagnie aérienne et il pourrait mieux organiser l'accueil des clients.

The pools are amazing! The buffet is varied, the room is large and very clean. We loved our week at the hotel! The only downside is that the sea is full of sargassum seaweed, but the pools more than make up for it. In October: Don't forget your mosquito repellent, especially in the evening as there are a lot of mosquitoes and the buffet isn't indoors…

En octobre : N’oubliez pas votre chasse moustique, surtout le soir il y a en a beaucoup et le buffet n’est pas à l’intérieur…

Everything was perfect! The food was varied and delicious. The resort offers many activities included in the package. The housekeeping staff offered to clean our room every day! The only downside: many people try to sell you things within the resort. Some are polite and not pushy, but others are very insistent. That said, the resort staff are very friendly and helpful 🙂 I highly recommend a stay in September (it only rained for 2 or 3 hours in 5 days), the weather was beautiful (39 degrees Celsius), and it's economical!

Tout était parfait ! La nourriture est variée et délicieuse. Le complexe propose de nombreuses activités incluses dans le forfait. Le personnel d'entretien nous a proposé de faire le ménage dans la chambre à tous les jours !

Seul bémol : beaucoup de personnes essaient de vous vendre des choses au sein du complexe. Certains sont corrects et ne forcent pas la main, mais d'autres sont très insistants.

Cela dit, les employés du complexe sont très aimables et serviables 🙂

We loved our experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive. The buffet and restaurants were delicious. The pools were clean and the staff cleaned them regularly. The walkways to the various sites were almost all shaded by the canopy, which was fantastic. The only downside was the presence of sargassum seaweed on the beach, but that didn't stop us from swimming. I'll definitely go back.

Nous avons adoré notre experience à cet hôtel. Le personnel était souriant et attentionné. Le buffet et les restaurenta étaient succulent. Les piscines étaient propres et le personnel les nettoyait regulièrement. Les passages pour se rendre au divers sites étaient presque tous couvert par la canopé, c'était génial. Le seul hic était la presence de sargasse sur la plage, mais cela nous a pas empêché de nous baigner. Jy retournerai.

Superb location, excellent service, Sargasso Sea, very warm pool with lots of entertainment... Superb week!!!
