Iberostar Waves Paraiso Del Mar

We loved our experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive. The buffet and restaurants were delicious. The pools were clean and the staff cleaned them regularly. The walkways to the various sites were almost all shaded by the canopy, which was fantastic. The only downside was the presence of sargassum seaweed on the beach, but that didn't stop us from swimming. I'll definitely go back.

Nous avons adoré notre experience à cet hôtel. Le personnel était souriant et attentionné. Le buffet et les restaurenta étaient succulent. Les piscines étaient propres et le personnel les nettoyait regulièrement. Les passages pour se rendre au divers sites étaient presque tous couvert par la canopé, c'était génial. Le seul hic était la presence de sargasse sur la plage, mais cela nous a pas empêché de nous baigner. Jy retournerai.

This is our second visit to this hotel. We enjoyed it just as much as our first time. The grounds are beautiful with their trails, making you feel like you're in the jungle. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It's not a super modern hotel, but more in a colonial style. We were there during the low season, so some of the à la carte restaurants were unavailable. We tried the Italian and Smoke House restaurants, which were good, but our favorite was the French restaurant, which doesn't require reservations. The staff is friendly and most of them are smiling. The buffet is very good, with plenty of choice and a different theme each day. The sun was with us all week, and the temperature was perfect if you like it hot, around 29 to 30 degrees Celsius. We knew there would be sargassum seaweed, but we were still able to enjoy the beach for at least four days. I would definitely go back and recommend it. The only downside is the pool, which could be better maintained.

Nous sommes a notre deuxième visites a cette hôtel. Nous avons apprécié autant que notre première fois. Le site est magnifique avec ces sentiers, comme si on était dans la jungle. Les chambres sont propre et le lit confortable. Ce n'est pas un hôtel super moderne plus style colonial.
Nous sommes en basse saison il y avait des restaurants a la carte de non disponible. Nous avons été à l'italien et smoke house qui était bien mais notre préféré est le français qui n'a pas besoin de réservation.
Le personnel est gentil et la plupart souriant. Pour le buffet il est quand même très bien beaucoup de choix, thème différent à chaque jour.
Le soleil a été avec nous toute la semaine et la température était parfaite si tu aimes la chaleur environ 29 à 30 degré. Nous savions qu'il y aurait de la sargasse mais nous avons pu profiter de la plage au moins 4 jours . J'y retournerai sans hésiter et le recommende .
Point négatif est seulement la piscine qui pourrait être mieux entretenu.

Everyone loved their trip! Highlights for the kids included the star camp, the wildlife at the resort (coatis, flamingos, monkeys, etc.), and the pool. Highlights for the adults included the beautiful grounds, the gym, and the beach. The food was delicious; there was something for everyone.

Tout le monde a adoré son voyage! Les points forts pour les enfants sont le star camp, la faune sur le resort (coatis, flamands roses, singes etc..), la piscine. Les points forts pour les adultes : le site est magnifique , le gym, la plage. La nourriture était délicieuse, tout le monde y trouvait son compte.

Wild nature including animals, cleanliness, the only negative point is the beach and the quality of the drinks
