The room smelled musty, we couldn't sleep. There was no water. The food was awful: we had diarrhea. The activities were terrible. We couldn't enjoy our vacation.

Hellish vacation
Vacance d'enfer
We had no water for the entire 7 days we spent there with our 3 children. We had to take a bucket to fill up in the pools to flush the toilets, so we couldn't wash during our stay. There was no electricity for 2 days, and the TVs in the rooms didn't work. There was no internet either. The staff in charge were condescending and showed no empathy for the situation or any attempt to make our stay more pleasant. I strongly advise against this hotel, and the travel manager was of absolutely no help.
Nous avons pas eu d'eau pendent les 7 jours passer là-bas avec nos 3 enfants nous devion prendre chaudière aller remplir dans les piscine pour floche les toilettes nous avons pas pu ce laver pendant les 7 jours là-bas pas électricité pendent 2 jours tv non fonctionnel dans les chambres . Pas d'internet non plus le personnel responsable étais condescendant et n'avais aucun apathie envers la situation et pour rendre notre séjours plus agréable. Je déconseille fortement cette hôtel et pour le responsable de voyage nous a été d'une aucune aide
