Good, lively resort, beach
Bon complexe hôtelier actif, plage
The resort itself is very good, not a 5-star, but very clean and well-maintained: a solid 4-star. The staff is friendly, the entertainment is excellent, and the central buffet offers a good variety that will make you gain a few pounds :) The beach is more than average. Although very beautiful, it's small, and the ocean is almost unusable due to the lack of seagrass—not algae, but a type of aquatic plant that covers most of the seabed: bring your beach shoes. Good for snorkeling, not so much for swimming. Otherwise, the view is magnificent, especially if you walk a little along the beach. Stay away from the souvenir shop; the prices there are double those at the airport! If swimming in the sea doesn't interest you, it's a nice little resort; I recommend it.

La plage est plus que moyenne
Quoique très belle, elle est petite et l’océan y est quasi-impraticable faute d’herbiers marins, pas une algue, mais un type de plante aquatique qui tapisse la majorité du fond marin: amenez vos chaussures de plage.
Bon pour la plongée, pas tant pour la nage.
Sinon, la vue est magnifique, surtout si vous marchez un peu le long de la plage.
Tenez-vous loin de la boutique souvenir, les prix y sont le double de l’aéroport!
Si la nage dans la mer ne vous intéresse pas, c’est un beau petit complexe, je recommande.

A welcoming hotel, excellent food, and a secluded beach.
Hôtel chaleureux, nourriture excellente et plage intimiste
The hotel has a lovely colonial feel. Very clean. The food is excellent, and the beach with its trees and palapas is truly beautiful, even if the water isn't turquoise and we encountered some sargassum seaweed—just bad luck. A rocky outcrop in front of the hotel is perfect for snorkeling. We loved this hotel.
L'hôtel a un bel aspect colonial. Très propre. La nourriture est excellente et la plage avec ses arbres et ses palapas est vraiment belle même si l'eau n'est pas turquoise et que nous avons eu des sargasses, c'est la faute à pas de chance. Un rocher devant permet le snorkeling. Nous avons adorés cet hôtel.

Really great, with one "but".
Vraiment Super avec un « mais »
Everything was really great and many would go back without hesitation. Highlights: food, cleanliness, and pool. Personally, I wouldn't go back because the beach isn't very nice and there's no entertainment for children in the evenings. Also, there aren't many good shows. It all depends on your tastes!
