Definitely not a 5-star hotel, more like a 3-star. No beach, no swimming. The pools were freezing, hardly anyone was swimming in them, no bar service for the first few days, no outdoor chairs or tables, only two smoking areas. Coffee is served in a plastic cup! The buffet was really basic. No sealed bottled water, we both got traveler's diarrhea!! The room was okay, nothing special, but the outdoor sofa on our balcony was really dirty and there was mold on the cushions.

Certainement pas un 5 étoiles mais un 3 sans plus. Pas de plage, on ne peut pas se baigner. Les piscines étaient gelées, presque personne s'y baignait, pas de service de bar les premiers jours, pas de chaise et table extérieur, seulement 2 zones fumeur. Le café est servi dans un verre en plastique ! Le buffet vraiment ordinaire. Pas d'eau en bouteille scellée, nous avons eu la tourista tous les 2 !! La chambre ok sans plus mais le divan extérieur sur notre balcon était vraiment sale et de la moisissure sur les coussins
