The first day we had a view of the construction site and only a little cold water to wash. We were moved to another room the next day, luckily in this block there was no water for 3 days. I do not recommend this hotel for many negative things. Positive: The shuttle service to the beach. The oriental and Mexican restaurant was good. Negative: It really lacks entertainment, especially at the beach. There are no lifeguards anywhere (neither at the pools nor at the beach). Smells of gas on the beach due to the boats that are parked out front. The way to book for the à la carte restaurants is really unpleasant, if you want to book, you have to get up early in the morning to queue every day you want to eat à la carte (plus there has to be room left). The restaurant buffet is very repetitive and ordinary, never seen seafood in 14 days. Sometimes the room was cleaned at the end of the day, which was quite unpleasant. The fridge only had water, no beer or liquor. There were no tissues or washcloths in the room. Air Transat supposedly calls these rooms superior and renovated, but we consider them to be very ordinary rooms.
La première journée on avait la vue sur le chantier de construction et juste un peu d’eau froide pour se laver. On s’est fait changer de chambre le lendemain par chance dans ce bloc il n’y a pas eu d’eau pendant 3 jours de temps. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel pour plein de choses négatives. Positif : Le service de navette pour se rendre à la plage. Le restaurant orientale et mexicain était bien. Négatif : Ça manque vraiment d’animation, surtout à la plage. Il n’y a pas de sauveteurs à nulle part (ni aux piscines et ni à la plage). Senteurs de gaz à la plage du aux bateaux qui se tiennent en avant. La façon de réserver pour les restaurants à la carte est vraiment désagréable, si tu veux réserver,il faut que tu te lèves tôt le matin pour faire la file à chaque jour que tu veux manger à la carte (en plus il faut qu’il reste de la place). Le buffet du restaurant est très répétitif et ordinaire, jamais vu de fruits de mer en 14 jours. Parfois le ménage de la chambre était fait en fin de journée, ce qui était assez désagréable. Dans le frigo, il y avait seulement de l’eau, pas bières ni liqueurs. Pas de papiers mouchoirs ni de débarbouillettes dans la chambre. Soit disant que Air Transat appelle ces chambres de niveau supérieurs et rénovées, nous considérons que c’est des chambres très ordinaire.

Positive: Clean room site, beach is wide and no corals or algae in water, acceptable buffets and à la carte Mexican also is great! Caution large site, so we walk a lot depending on where the room is located, but a golf kart walks! Negative: Air conditioning is not functioned, so change the room, but easily made without problem! Otherwise no negative comments!
Positif : Chambre et site propre, plage est large et pas de coraux ou d'algues dans l'eau, buffets acceptable et restaurants à la carte aussi mexicain est super! Attention grand site,donc on marche beaucoup dépendant où la chambre est située, mais un kart de golf se promène! Négatif : Air climatisé ne fonctionnais pas, donc changer de chambre, mais fait facilement sans problème! Sinon pas de commentaire négatif!
