Impressive Premium Punta Cana

**Positive:** In Premium. Clean room and nothing was missing (premium oceanfront). Friendly housekeeper. Clean and tropical resort. Premium bar and buffet plus. Bar directly on the beach. À la carte restaurants: Italian, Mediterranean, Japanese. Unlimited à la carte dining in Premium. The food in general at the large buffet is good, there's a good selection. Resort not too big, so it takes some getting used to. Quick room service when there's a small problem (premium). **Negative:** Air conditioning almost non-existent in the lobby/Premium buffet, really unpleasant. No bottled water in almost any of the bars in the evening. Large beach bar, understaffed at the end of the day. Sometimes 30-minute waits. Mexican restaurant: horrible service and lack of garnishes with the meal, very average: 6 people. Tapas restaurant: Disaster, there's nothing there and everything is extremely cold, and the staff... We went to the buffet: 6 people. Some waitresses were unfriendly and really unpleasant: This isn't a general issue, it would be worth checking with a mystery shopper. Nightclub under renovation: a temporary but ordinary one. Beach: temporary depending on the season, but cleaned up by the staff as best they can. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return, even in a premium room. Butler was nonexistent and never called. Avoid the invitation to pick you up for the first lunch of the week; they're trying to sell you things, unpleasant! I would rate it as a good 4-star hotel. Have a good holiday!

La nourriture au gros Buffet est bien, il y a beaucoup de choix mais pas très chaud.
Site pas trop Grand avec une certaine adaptation au début.

**Négatif:
Air climatisé presque inexistante dans le lobby/buffet Premium, vraiment vraiment désagréable.
Pas de bouteille d'eau le soir dans presque tout les bars le soir.
Gros bar de plage, manque de personnel en fin de journée. 30 minutes parfois en fil d'attente.
Restaurant Mexicain: service horrible et manque de garniture avec le repas, très moyen: 6 personnes.
Restaurant Tapas: ,il y a rien et toute extra froid,nous sommes partie au buffet:6 personnes.
Certaines serveuses sans sourrire et vraiment désagréable:Ce n'est pas générale, serait à vérifier en client mystère.
Discothèque en Rénovation: il y en a une temporaire.
Plage sargasme:temporaire selon la saison mais ramassé par le personnel au mieu qu'ils peuvent.
Majordome n'a jamais appellé malgré avoir laissé notre numéro.
Évité l'invitation daller vous chercher au premier déjeuné de la semaine, ils veulent vous vendre des forfaits.
Je le quoterait comme un bon 4*

To begin with, the beach wasn't nice; there was a lot of sargassum seaweed and the water was brown. We were in a premium room, and the service was excellent, from the butler and the reception to the beautiful pool. We visited the regular area, and the pool wasn't very nice either—the water was murky. We waited 20 minutes for a drink and weren't served. Otherwise, the hotel was lovely, and the activities were well-organized.

Pour commencer la plage n’était pas belle beaucoup de sargasses et l’eau était brune.
Nous étions prenium, super service avec le majordome, l’accueil, piscine super belle.
Nous avons été visité le côté régulier, piscine pas super belle, eau brouillée, nous avons attendu 20 minute pour un verre et nous avons pas été servis.
Sinon, super belle hôtel, activité bien organisé.

We opted for the premium service and were glad we did, as check-in and check-out were quick and efficient! We had a butler at our disposal, à la carte dining options, and special activities for premium guests. Plus, we had a private buffet in an air-conditioned room! We noticed that most of the common areas weren't air-conditioned, so it was very hot to eat in the restaurants. The lobby was also very hot, and there was a slight sewage smell. The beach had a lot of sargassum seaweed, and the water was brown! However, there were plenty of chairs at the beach and pool, and we had no shortage of beach towels. There were also many palapas on the beach.

Nous avions pris le service premium et nous sommes satisfait de l’avoir pris car le Check in et le Check out étais rapide et efficace ! Nous avions un majordome à notre disposition, des restaurants dîner à la carte et des activités spéciales pour les premium.De plus nous avions un buffet réservé à l’air climatisé! Nous avons constaté que la majorité des air communes n’avais pas de climatisation donc c’était très chaud pour manger au restaurant. Le lobby était très chaud aussi il y avait certaines odeurs d’égouts au lobby.La plage avais beaucoup de sargasse et l’eau étais brune! Mais il y avait beaucoup de chaises à la plage et a la piscine, nous n’avons pas manqué de serviette de plage. Il y avait beaucoup de Palapa aussi à la plage.

We stayed in the Premium section. Overall, the hotel is good. Clean room, fridge restocked daily, and a reasonably varied buffet with something for everyone. We particularly enjoyed the grill, Japanese, and Mexican restaurants. Most of the staff were friendly and smiling. The beach is beautiful despite the sargassum seaweed we had all week (but the hotel has no control over that; they did their best to remove it daily). There were always chairs available. The Premium pool is superb with daily entertainment. Areas for improvement: the main pool needs some TLC and was less than clean. As for drinks… there's a lack of variety; they could be more innovative. It seems to depend on the bartenders' mood. In short, a great week with the family.

Nous avons séjourné dans la section Prenium. Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel est bien.
Chambre propre, frigo rempli à tous les jours, buffet quand même varié, on trouve de tout. Restos à la carte: on a bien aimé le grill, le japonais et le mexicain. Le personnel est sympathique et souriant pour la majorité. La Plage est belle malgré qu’il ait eu de la sargasse toute la semaine (mais l’hôtel n’a pas de contrôle là-dessus, ils faisaient leur possible pour tout ramasser à chaque jour). Il y avait toujours des chaises de disponibles. La piscine Prenium superbe avec animation tous les jours Points à améliorer: la piscine centrale a besoin d’amour et laissait à désirer côté propreté. Côté drink…. Manque de variété ils pourraient innover un peu. Ça va selon l’humeur des barmaids. Belle semaine en famille en résumé.
