A warm welcome in the lobby, quick service, and even a complimentary cocktail in French upon arrival! Our room, on the first floor, was poorly insulated; we could hear everything in the corridor, and the air conditioning was faulty. The TV signal kept dropping... but the coffee maker was handy, and the fridge stocked with water, liquor, and beer was much appreciated. The bed and bedding were comfortable, the bathroom was nice and practical, and the safety features worked well. We had a lovely view from the balcony overlooking the garden and the sea. In August, the beach water was less inviting due to sargassum seaweed, and despite the net, the water was brown. The buffet was better than the à la carte restaurants. There were plenty of activities, a great atmosphere, good shows, and an exceptional coffee shop. The staff were generally very welcoming and friendly. The price was reasonable.

Notre chambre étant au 1 , était mal isolé, on entend tout ds le corridor et la climatisation était déficiente . La tv perdait le signal .. mais cafetière accommodante, frigo avec eau liqueur et bière , très apprécié. Lit confortable ainsi que la literie , belle salle de bain pratique , safety bien fonctionnel . Belle vu sur balcon côté jardin tout en voyant la mer .en août , l eau de la plage est moins belle avec sargasses malgré le filet , l eau était brune . Buffet meilleur que les restos à la carte. Bcp d activité, belles ambiances , beaux spectacle et un coffee shop exceptionnel.Le personnel très accueillant et gentil en général. Qualité prix était raisonnable.

A pleasant trip. The resort is clean, and the staff are friendly but speak little or no French/English. The resort makes a great effort to clean up the sargassum seaweed daily. The air conditioning in the rooms is inadequate. The biggest disappointment was the limited variety of fruit at breakfast. The restaurants are excellent, with the exception of the Mexican restaurant, whose food lacked flavor.
