Personally, it was a great experience, we liked the service given by the staff, however if I did it again I would stay in the Sapphire Suite Positive: Very good customer service following the problem of odor and air conditioning in the Emerald Lanai Suite we were changed rooms in the Sapphire Suite, much more beautiful and comfortable. Super good food, bars with sea view. Negative: Air conditioning leaking in the room, hotel seems old, not much entertainment, small beach with seaweed, room not always full, not much network in the rooms (Emerald Lanai room) 1 pool table for the whole hotel
Personnellement , cétait une belle experience , nous avons aimé le service donné par le personnel, par contre a le refaire jirais dans la suite sapphire Positif : Très bon service à la clientele suite au probleme dodeur et de l'air climatise dans les suite Emerald lanai nous avons ete changer de chambre dans la suite du saphire, bcp plus beau et conforable . Nourriture super bonne , bars avec vue sur mer. Négatif : Air climatise qui coulait dans la chambre , hotel semble vieille, pas bcp d'animation , plage petite avec des algues , chambre pas toujours rempli, pas bcp de reseau dans les chambres (chambre emerald lanai) 1 table de pool pour toute l'hôtel

We just returned from a week's vacation at this adults-only hotel. We loved our experience at Jewel Dunn's River. The staff is really friendly. The food is good. There were plenty of sun loungers around the two pools. I don't think the hotel was full. The beach is small but clean. I would happily return to this hotel. Positive: Tranquility, the friendliness of the staff, the room, etc. Negative: None.
Nous revenons d’une semaine de vacances dans cet hôtel réservé aux adultes, nous avons adoré notre expérience au Jewel Dunn’s River. Le personnel est vraiment super souriant. La qualité de la nourriture est bonne. Il y avait beaucoup de transat autour des deux piscines. Il me semble que l’hôtel n’était pas complet. La plage est petite mais propre. Very nice English Victorian style hotel Positive: Do not have to make reservations for the restaurants except for the Jade which is a Shogun style of cooking in Brossard Excellent cuisine Negative: The right side of the hotel boundary. A high wall with barbed wire on top and then a fence of the chain link with barbed wire on top that goes down to the sea. Vendors behind this wall shout all day to sell crafts. Also from this location, seadoos come near the swimming area to harass customers for a seadoo ride. Noise and pollution at the rendezvous.

Less...Excellent cuisine Négatif : Le coté droit de la limite de l’hôtel. un mur haut avec des barbelés sur le dessus et ensuite une clôture du grillage avec barbelés sur le dessus qui descend jusque dans la mer. Des vendeurs derrière ce mur crient toute la journée pour vendre de l'artisanat. Toujours a partir de cet endroit, des seadoos viennent près de la zone de baignade pour harceler les clients pour un tour de seadoo. Bruit et pollution au rendez-vous.

Very disappointing for the food for this hotel which was classified 5 stars, this is not worth the price we paid for an all inclusive. I will not return. Positive: Beautiful view of the beach, proximity to restaurants, beach, swimming pool. Heated spa. The gym is well equipped Negative: Very ordinary à la carte restaurant and buffet very limited in diversity and not very attractive for the choice of food. This resort does not deserve to be classified 5 stars, by the food I would say more like 4 stars.
