Positive points: The buffet food was very good and varied; the self-service system was fantastic, both for drinks and food. The second pool was very relaxing and beautiful. The small bungalows and narrow streets were very pleasant to walk on and very well lit. The service in French and English was much appreciated; the staff were friendly and helpful. Negative points: The beach is beautiful for its views, but it's pebbly, so you need beach shoes for both swimming and walking. Avoid the steps on the beach. The portions of alcoholic drinks are very small with a very limited selection. Tipping is a mystery to the servers; they genuinely don't understand why they receive it.

Les points négatifs, la plage belle pour la vue mais ce sont des galets, donc il faut des chaussures de plages autant pour la baignade que pour se déplacer. Oublier les marches sur la plages. Les portions de boissons alcoolisées sont très petites avec un choix très limité. Les pourboires sont un mystère pour les serveurs, vraiment ils ne comprennent pas pourquoi on leur offrent.

Spent 8 days at Kinetta Beach from August 31 to September 8. Unfortunately, we had a tornado during our stay, which caused torrential rains for 3 days. Despite everything, the hotel is very clean, the food is very good and varied. The beach is pebble so beach shoes are required. The staff is not very friendly, especially the bartenders in the evening. The Transat representative is not sure of the hotel's location, so we have to call him to book excursions. It's not always easy to reach him. The a la carte restaurant is buffet style, so there is no à la carte menu. In short, I recommend this hotel and I would return.

Malgré tout , l Hotel est très propre la nourriture est très bonne et varié. La plage est en galet donc les souliers de plage sont requis.
Le personnel n est pas très souriant surtout les barmans en soirée. Le représentant de Transat pas sûr les lieux de l hotel Donc on doit lui téléphoner pour réserver des excursions. Pas toujours facile de le rejoindre. Le restaurant a la carte est sous forme de buffet donc aucun menu à la carte. Bref je recommande cette hotel et j y retournerais.
