If you are looking for a hotel with a beach you are in the wrong place. It has a beach but no swimming at the hotel. We had no surprises, we knew that. I love the fact that it is a small resort with +- 100 rooms. You can eat à la carte at all meals. Saturday night is a meal on the beach with a dance show. We went to the Tulum ruins I strongly suggest the taxi instead of the package offered by Best Bay which shows at 149$ us / person and the taxi ride costs 6$ us, it's up to you to do the math. If you are looking for a place to party you will be very very disappointed, again we knew it no disappointment for us, we went there to relax and clear our heads. The bar closes at 11:00 p.m. you still have the option of going to Tulum which is between 5 and 10 minutes by taxi. The crowd is young we were in the oldest and we are in our late forties and early fifties. We had excellent service. We had a room with an outdoor jacuzzi. They have bikes that you can use. At the reception they have a sheet with organized activities like shopping by bike. The internet is not great even in 2019 where you have to pay if you want to have wifi everywhere. But you do like 90% of people, go to the lobby before going to dinner to do all the social networks and take some emails and we have peace and quiet. Positive: The service, the cleanliness, the Balinese beds are changed every day. The view and the waves, hearing the water hitting the rocks were wonderful. Si vous recherchez un hôtel avec une plage vous êtes pas au bon endroit. Il a une plage mais pas baignade à l'hotel. Nous n'avons pas eu de surprise nous le savions. J'adore le fait que c'est un petit resort de +- 100 chambres. Vous pouvez manger à la carte à tous les repas. Le samedi soir c'est repas sur la plage avec spectacle de danse. Nous sommes allez aux ruines de tulum je vous suggère fortement le taxi au lieu du forfait offert par best bay qui montre à 149$us /personnes et la ride de taxi coûte 6$ us a vous de faire le calcul. Si vous rechercherez un endroit pour faire le party vous serez très très déçu, encore la on le savait aucune déception pour nous, on allait la pour se reposé faire le vide. Le bar ferme à 23,00 vous avez quand même la possibilité d'aller à tulum qui est entre 5 et 10 minutes en taxi. Le monde est jeune nous étions dans les plus âgée et nous avons fin quarantaine et début cinquantaine. Nous avons eu un excellent service. Nous avions pris une chambre avec jacuzzi à l extérieur. Il a des vélos que vous pouvez utiliser. A la réception il a une feuille avec des activités d'organisé comme le shopping en vélo. L'internet n'est pas super même en 2019 où on doit payé si on veut avoir le wifi partout. Mais vous faite comme 90% des gens on va au lobby avant d'allé souper pour faire le tous des réseau sociaux et prendre quelque courriel et on n'a la sainte paix. Positif : Le service, la propreté les lit balinais sont changer à tous les jours. La vue et les vagues, entendre frapper l’eau sur les rochers étaient merveilleux.
