Very nice hotel with attentive staff
Très bel hotel avec personnel attentionné

We loved this hotel and especially its staff, who were always ready to help. However, the à la carte restaurants seemed a bit understaffed, as the wait to be served could sometimes be quite long. The food at the buffet and à la carte restaurants was good, though not exceptional. As for activities, there weren't many during the day, and the hotel is rather quiet in the evenings. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful, but not recommended for swimming due to the deep water and fairly strong waves; you have to walk about 200-300 meters to find a more suitable spot. I recommend this hotel if your goal is to relax and not to party.

Nous avons adoré cet hotel et surtout ses employés qui étaient toujours prêts à nous aider, mais il semblait manquer un peu de personnel dans les restaurants à la carte car l'attente pour se faire servir pouvait parfois être un peu longue.
La nourriture du buffet et des restaurants à la carte était bonne, sans toutefois être extraordinaire.
Pour ce qui est des activités, il n'y en avait pas beaucoup pendant la journée et en soirée cet hotel est plutôt tranquille.
La plage à l'avant de l'hotel est belle, mais pas recommendable pour la baignade en raison de l'eau profonde et les vagues assez fortes; il faut marcher environ 200-300 métre pour trouver un endroit plus adéquat.
Je recommande cet hotel si votre objectif est de se reposer et non pour faire le party

Not enough chairs. Already all reserved by 7 a.m. Not enough chairs on the beach. It would be nice to sit on a chair instead of on the ground. The cooks don't know how to cook meat. Everything is way overcooked. It's even difficult to cut.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful pools and enough space to find a chair without too much trouble. Decent restaurants, not wow but we found something good at every meal! Noisy rooms due to the proximity of the very busy street. Overall, we had a very nice week!

Bel hôtel avec magnifiques piscines et espace suffisant pour trouver une chaise sans trop de problème. Restos corrects, pas Wow mais on a trouvé quelque chose de bon à tous les repas! Chambres bruyantes en raison de la proximité de la rue très passante.
Overall, on a passé une très belle semaine!

Too bad they didn't tell us that we couldn't swim at the hotel beach, we had to pay quite a lot for taxis to visit other beaches.
Dommage qu'on ne nous dise pas qu'on peut pas se baigner dans la plage de l'hôtel, il a fallu payer des taxi assez cher pour visiter d'autres plages

San Jose del Cabo is beautiful, I would go back anytime, the people are super nice, but never in the same hotel, because of the cleanliness, the rooms are not cleaned well! The hotel in general lacks love!
