Résumé des avis

Guests particularly appreciate the beautiful white sand beach and crystal-clear water. The staff is frequently praised for their friendliness, dedication, and quality of service. Furthermore, the hotel's cleanliness, including the rooms and common areas, is often highlighted. The à la carte restaurants are also considered excellent, offering high-quality food, and the rooms are perceived as comfortable and well-maintained. However, it is sometimes mentioned that the buffet lacks variety and can be repetitive, with average quality and occasional disappointment.

Horrible experience

We experienced a very unpleasant situation upon arrival at the hotel. The taxi drivers claimed we hadn't paid, which was clearly the case. The staff offered no protection or assistance when we requested video evidence of the scam and violence we had just endured. They refused to admit us to the hotel as long as the thieves/taxi drivers were present. We felt unsafe.
