A very nice place to spend a beach holiday.

The hotel is a bit dated, but everything is clean and well-maintained. It's very well located with direct beach access and just a few minutes (by bus) from downtown Puerto Vallarta. The buffet food is good, and there's also an à la carte restaurant (reservations required) that alternates between Italian and Mexican cuisine. Many Mexican tourists from nearby cities come here for short vacations, allowing guests to experience Mexico at its best. Every evening there's a short show featuring music, dance, or a circus performance. Above all, it's the hotel staff that makes our stay enjoyable, as they are all very attentive and ensure that guests have everything they need. This is our third time here, and we'll definitely be back again!

L'hotel est un peu vieillissant mais tout est propre et bien entretenu. Il est très bien situé avec un accès direct sur la plage, et à quelques minutes (en autobus) du centro de Puerto Vallarta. La nourriture du buffet est bonne et il y a aussi un restaurant à la carte où on doit réserver, alternant entre l'italien et le mexicain. Plusieurs touristes mexicains venant des villes avoisinantes viennent y passer de courtes vacances ce qui permet de vivre l'expérience mexicaine à son meilleur.
A chaque soir il y a un court spectacle avec de la musique, de la danse ou spectacle de cirque.
Par dessus tout, c'est le personnel de l'hotel qui rend notre séjour agréable, car tous sont très attentionnés et s'assurent que les clients ne manquent de rien.
C'est la troisième fois que nous y allons et nous y retournerons sûrement encore!

Great hotel, I highly recommend it.

Charming hotel with Mexican flair, well located 15 minutes by taxi from Malacon and very clean, plenty of hot water. The only downside is the lack of a refrigerator in the rooms. The staff is very friendly, and a special mention goes to the bartenders Eduardo and Josua, and the waiters at the Italian restaurant, Alondra and Daniel, who were so friendly and "top-notch" 😉. In short, it was a good choice; I would definitely return and highly recommend it.

Charmant hôtel avec cachet mexicain bien placé 15 min en taxi de la malacon et vraiment propre, beaucoup d'eau chaude les deux point négatifs manque de chaises sur la plage et pas de frigo dans les chambres, le personnel est très gentil et une mention spéciale pour les barmans Eduardo et Josua et les serveurs au restaurant italien Alondra et Daniel tellement sympathiques "su la coche 😉"
Bref ce fut un bon choix j'y retournerais sans hésiter je recommande
