Our week at Live Aqua Punta Cana was simply exceptional from beginning to end. We traveled as a couple, looking for an adults-only resort with a great atmosphere, but not too party-oriented, so we could truly enjoy our time together—and this resort was exactly what we were looking for. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a luxurious, soothing, and perfectly organized atmosphere, ideal for relaxing and reconnecting as a couple. A huge thank you to David, our butler, who made our stay absolutely unforgettable. His professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and genuine desire to make every moment perfect far exceeded our expectations. He anticipated our needs before we even had to express them and made us feel special every day. We also want to thank the incredible service staff from the bottom of our hearts: Heidi, Rosa, Jose, Angelo, Santiago, Marlon, and Daniela. Each of them was attentive, warm, smiling, and always available. Their positive energy and exceptional service greatly contributed to making our week even more memorable. The resort is magnificent: splendid rooms, delicious food, excellent restaurants, and a chic, calm, and refined atmosphere, perfect for a couple's getaway. Everything is designed to offer the perfect balance between relaxation, privacy, and luxury. Thanks to this extraordinary team, our vacation was much more than just a trip—an unforgettable experience for two. We're already dreaming of returning. Highly recommended!

Notre semaine au Live Aqua Punta Cana a été tout simplement exceptionnelle, du début à la fin. Nous avons voyagé en couple, à la recherche d’un hôtel réservé aux adultes, offrant une belle ambiance, mais sans être trop festive, afin de vraiment profiter de notre temps ensemble — et cet hôtel correspondait parfaitement à ce que nous recherchions.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été enveloppés par une atmosphère luxueuse, apaisante et parfaitement bien organisée, idéale pour se détendre et reconnecter à deux.

Un immense merci à David, notre butler, qui a rendu notre séjour absolument inoubliable. Son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse, son souci du détail et sa volonté sincère de rendre chaque moment parfait ont largement dépassé nos attentes. Il anticipait nos besoins avant même que nous ayons à les exprimer et nous a fait sentir uniques chaque jour.

Nous souhaitons également remercier du fond du cœur tout le personnel incroyable du service : Heidi, Rosa, Jose, Angelo, Santiago, Marlon et Daniela. Chacun d’eux a été attentionné, chaleureux, souriant et toujours disponible. Leur énergie positive et leur service exceptionnel ont grandement contribué à rendre notre semaine encore plus mémorable.

Le resort est magnifique : chambres splendides, nourriture délicieuse, excellents restaurants et une ambiance chic, calme et raffinée, parfaite pour un séjour en couple. Tout est pensé pour offrir un équilibre parfait entre détente, intimité et luxe.

Grâce à cette équipe extraordinaire, nos vacances ont été bien plus qu’un simple voyage — une expérience inoubliable à deux. Nous rêvons déjà d’y retourner. Hautement recommandé !

Very clean, friendly staff, buffet food is cold but the a la carte restaurants are good. Very beautiful beach, plenty of seating and plenty of shaded areas.
