Beautiful .... Quiet but we stayed during a less busy time so we can not say…

Beautiful .... Quiet but we stayed during a less busy time so we can not say for another time. Clean room ... Daily housekeeping neglected (hair by uncollected for 3 days land, forgot to put clean glasses when they were used, have one drink for coffee while we were 2, did not change washcloths) Positive: Beautiful scenery, 2 3 heated pools very well appointed, well equipped gym, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, staff very welcoming, friendly, and courteous. Negative: Everything is concentrated in the west wing (pool, restaurants, gym, boat taxi) so vast that many marchement and a little hard to move away. Little choice of restaurants for lunch, and only very expensive ...

De toute beauté .... Calme mais nous y avons séjourné durant une période moins achalandée donc nous ne pouvons pas dire pour en autre temps . Chambre propre ... Entretien ménager quotidien négligé ( cheveux par terre non ramassés pendant 3 jours, oubliaient de remettre verres propres quand on les utilisait , ont mis un seul verre pour le café alors que nous étions 2 , ne changeaient pas les débarbouillettes ) Positif : Décors magnifiques , 2 des 3 piscines chauffées très bien aménagées , gym très bien équipé ,lits confortables ,chambres spacieuses,personnel très accueillant ,sympathique, et avenant . Négatif : Tout est concentré dans l'aile ouest ( piscine ,restos , gym ,bateau taxi )hôtel tellement vaste que beaucoup de marchement et un peu difficile à s'orienter. Peu de choix de restos pour déjeuner , le seul et unique était très dispendieux ...
