A wonderful stay!
Un magnifique séjour!

The hotel is truly superb. The cenote pool adds a unique touch to the experience. And what can I say about the staff? Welcoming, smiling, and attentive. The only downside is the entertainment; it's not very varied and it starts too late.

A very nice new hotel that still needs some improvement.

A very nice hotel, the food is excellent. There's a lack of shade by the pools, but they are beautiful and well-maintained. The hotel staff weren't always able to understand us in English; they lacked bilingualism. It's at least a 20-minute walk to the beach.
