Not at all, not a 5-star... a disappointment for the price paid
Pas du tout, du tout un 5 étoiles .. déception pour le prix payé
This hotel is definitely not a 5-star, far too expensive for what you pay. No beach or room service. The staff is incredibly rude... you always feel like you're bothering them. We paid for the adults-only club package, but there were no beach services, and alcohol was available on the local beach... Having stayed in several 5-star adult resorts, this is by far the worst. The food is cold, and there are no healthy options. I'm so disappointed... and the à la carte restaurants are disappointing; you have to book yourself, there's no butler. They're always full everywhere, so you end up at the buffet, which is disappointing. The only positive point is the beautiful beach... as for the rest... I just came from the Majestic last November... now that's a real 5-star, and the people are happy to serve you... Lopesan, never again! And on top of that, with the adults-only package... we had children in our section... total disappointment

Nous avons payé pour la formule club adultes aucun services à la plage, alcool à la plage locale … pour en avoir fait plusieurs 5 étoiles adultes celui ci est de loin le pire. La nourriture est froide, pas d’option santé

Nice resort, but there are better for the price
Beau resort, mais il y a mieux pour le prix
Difficult to navigate on a very large site with sometimes poor signage. Beach in front of the resort too crowded with boats, smells of gasoline, takes away from the charm of the landscape, we swim in a marina. Food good to very good in general, variation depending on the bar of the quality of the drinks. Not many activities and for example only one damaged ping pong table in addition, unacceptable for a resort of this price. We expected better, if we come back we will choose another resort with a nicer beach rather than a marina....
Difficile de s'y retrouver sur un très grand site avec une signalisation parfois déficiente. Plage en face du resort trop encombrée de bateaux, odeurs d'essence, enlève du charme au paysage, on se baigne dans une marina. Nourriture de bonne à très bonne en général, variation selon le bar de la qualité des drinks. Pas beaucoup d'activités et exemple une seule table de ping pong endommagée en plus, inacceptable pour un resort de ce prix. Nous nous attendions à mieux, si nous revenons nous choisirons un autre resort avec une plus belle plage plutôt qu'une marina....
