Merveilleuse expérience
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Bahia Principe Luxury Ambar. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. The food was excellent, the facilities were spotless and well-maintained, and we were lucky enough to have fantastic weather throughout our stay. We have wonderful memories of our week in Punta Cana. Overall, a fantastic experience and a place we would gladly return to. Thank you to the entire team at the Bahia Principe Ambar for this marvelous stay! ☀️🌴

More... Less...Le personnel a été extrêmement gentil, accueillant et attentionné avec nous. La nourriture était excellente, les lieux étaient très propres et bien entretenus, et nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une météo magnifique tout au long de notre séjour.
Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de cette semaine à Punta Cana. Une très belle expérience dans l’ensemble et un endroit où nous retournerions avec grand plaisir.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an exceptional week at the Bahia Principe as a couple to celebrate my partner's birthday. The food was excellent and the staff truly wonderful. A special mention to Santiago, the Steakhouse manager, who welcomed us with exceptional care. He really knows how to make his guests feel like VIPs, almost like millionaires! 😊 The only downside: a lot of sargassum seaweed on the beach during our stay. Despite this, we loved our experience and highly recommend this place! ❤️🌴

More... Less...Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle au Bahia Principe en couple pour célébrer l’anniversaire de mon conjoint. La nourriture était excellente et le personnel vraiment formidable.
Une mention spéciale à Santiago, le manager du restaurant Steakhouse, qui nous a accueillis avec une attention exceptionnelle. Il sait vraiment faire sentir ses clients comme des VIP, presque comme des millionnaires! 😊
Le seul bémol : beaucoup de sargasses sur la plage durant notre séjour. Malgré cela, nous avons adoré notre expérience et nous recommandons fortement cet endroit! ❤️🌴

We are regulars at this hotel, having vacationed here every year since 2011, and will continue to do so until 2026. We didn't travel in 2021 and 2022 due to the pandemic. I must say that the resort is still as clean as ever, and the staff we've known for years are still as friendly and welcoming as ever. However, we have noticed a decrease in the smiles of new employees, which has diminished considerably over the years. There's also a laxity regarding the dress code in the à la carte restaurants. The food is still good, but more repetitive than before. The reception staff were very cold despite the number of consecutive visits. We are considering a return visit next year.
Nous sommes des habitué de cette hôtel pour y avoir pris nos vacances depuis 2011 et ce à chaque année jusqu’à 2026. Nous n’avons pas voyagé en 2021et 2022 du a la pandémie. Je dois dire que Le site est toujours aussi propre et et le personnel que nous connaissons depuis les années sont toujours aussi sympathique et avenant avec nous. Nous avons observer tout de même une diminution des sourires auprès des nouveau employés qui a beaucoup diminué au cours des années. Il y a aussi un laisser aller au niveau du code vestimentaire dans les resto a la carte. La nourriture est toujours bonne mais plus redondante qu’auparavant. L’accueil a la réception était très froide malgré le nombre de visite consécutive. Nous sommes en réflexion sur une nouvelle visite pour l’an prochain.
