The beach at the resort wasn't very clean. The entertainment was good and the room was clean but old. The food was okay.

Fantastique.
We had a wonderful week as a family, we highly recommend this hotel, and we are grateful to all the staff, who were very attentive, especially Estefany at the buffet and Alberto at the bar. The photos accurately reflect the hotel, and the beach was excellent. We hope to return soon.

A wonderful family holiday.
Tres belles vacances en famille.
This resort is truly perfect for families. Even during the school holidays, it feels welcoming; everything is well thought out and not too crowded. The water park is fantastic, the beach is beautiful, and there are plenty of sun loungers for everyone—no need to reserve. The little shuttle to the beach kept the kids very entertained! I regretted not having a garden view room in the 99s; I should have paid extra for a pool view. Note that there is no elevator.
Ce site est vraiment parfait pour les familles. Même en pleine relâche, on se sent bien, tout est bien pensé, ce n'est pas trop chargé. Le parc aquatique est génial, la plage est magnifique et il y a amplement de chaises longues pour tout le monde, pas besoin de réserver. La petite navette qui apporte à la plage a beaucoup diverti les enfants!

Wonderful family vacation
Superbes vacances familiales
We went as a family with two little girls aged 4 and 5, and it was the perfect age to enjoy the activities on site (the various water features) and see the different evening shows. In addition, every evening there is a short projection of the castle in the center of the hotel which is very well done.
Nous sommes allés en famille avec deux petites filles de 4 et 5 ans et c'était l'âge parfait pour profiter des activités sur le site (les différents jeu d'eau) et voir les différents spectacles de soirs. En plus, chaque soir il y a une projection de quelques minutes sur le château au centre de l'hôtel qui est très bien faite.
