Poor room service

I really enjoyed the entertainment, especially for the children. The food was good with plenty of choice, and the pool was warm and clean. There was some seaweed on the beach, which is typical for this time of year, but we still managed to swim a little. What I didn't like at all was the room service (I don't think they come every day). One day they didn't even change our bath towels until we called three times. Finally, the woman came with three towels, even though there were five of us. They also didn't empty the trash or change the sheets. For me, the service was mediocre. (P.S.: I leave a tip for the staff every day.)
J’ai beaucoup aimé l’animation surtout pour les enfants, la nourriture était bon et bcp de choix piscine chaud et propre. En ce qui concerne la plage y avait quand meme des algues c ‘est la periode mais on s’est quand meme baigné un peu ce que je n’ai pas aimé du tout c’est le service à la chambre (je ne pense pas qu’ils passent tous lea jours) un jour ils n’ont meme pas changé nos serviettes de bain jusqu’a qu’on a appellé 3 fois a la fin la madame est venue avec 3 serviettes alors qu’on est 5 personnes aussi ils vident pas la poubelle ils changent pas les draps pour moi le service était médiocre. ( ps: je laisse chaque jour pourboire pour les femmes)

Really good for a young family
Vraiment bien pour jeune famille
Our only downside to the trip was the sargassum seaweed on the beach: completely beyond their control, of course. My 11-year-old son was almost too "old" for it, unless we let him play arcade games and video games.
Notre bémol du voyage, les sargasses sur la plage: Hors de leur contrôle bien entendu.

The beach at the resort wasn't very clean. The entertainment was good and the room was clean but old. The food was okay.
