A wonderful, peaceful place in the heart of the jungle, tranquil and with attentive staff. The à la carte meals are gourmet and delicious. We always return to this place.

Small, quiet, ordinary resort, but far from everything.

Lobby bar closed at 11:00 AM. ??????? In 45 years of traveling in the south, I have NEVER SEEN a lobby bar closed at 11:00 AM. Don't go there 10 minutes before closing time; it's just beer??? Snack bar open until 1:00 AM. The only two à la carte restaurants are OK, but the service needs improvement! You haven't even finished your appetizer before the main course arrives. You feel constant pressure; they're in a rush to serve you so you leave as quickly as possible. I had to use the cart every day to go to the other Bahia resorts. The selection of pools, beaches, sea, beach bars, etc., is much better... None of that at the Sian Ka'an. And it's the same every night. 99% of the à la carte restaurants are in the other Bahia resorts.

Snack bar jusqu'à 1h AM. Les 2 seuls restos à la carte sont OK mais le service est à améliorer! Tu n'as pas terminé ton entrée que l'assiette principale arrive. On ressent une pression constante ils sont pressés de nous servir pour que l'on quitte au plus vite. J'ai dû utiliser le cart à tous les jours pour aller dans les autres Bahia. Choix de piscines vraiment mieux, plage, mer, beach bar, etc ... Rien de tout ça au Sian Ka'an. TOUS les soirs aussi. 99% des restaurants à la carte sont dans les autres Bahia.

Overall, a very nice week! The only downside was how difficult it was to book à la carte restaurants. The air conditioning in the room was faulty. The buffet at Sian Kah was ordinary, but the one at Akumal was truly excellent! As for the beach, one side has been developed to limit the sargassum seaweed!
En général, très belle semaine ! Bémol, très compliqué de réservé des restaurant à la carte. Air climatisé dans la chambre défaillante. Buffet au Sian Kan ordinaire mais celui du Akumal vraiment excellent! Pour la plage , un côté à été aménagé afin que les sargasses soient restreintes!
