I went for a week-long stay and I loved my trip! The staff is very welcoming, respectful, and warm. It's a beautiful resort with few rooms per block, so your room is close to everything! The room is large and spacious with incredible service. There are plenty of activities available, both at the pool and around the resort. The only downside is that the buffet food isn't very varied from day to day. The hotel food is amazing for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The à la carte restaurants are spectacular, the Cenote poolside restaurant offers incredible meals, and the buffet is very good as well. The beach is similar to other resorts in Mexico, meaning it's covered in seaweed, but there are plenty of lounge chairs. That said, it's not located within the resort itself; you have to take the "taxi" service offered by the hotel to one of the other adjacent resorts.

J'y suis allée pour un séjour d'une semaine et j'ai adoré mon voyage! Le personnel est très accueillant, respectueux et chaleureux. C'est un magnifique complexe avec peu de chambres par blocs où la chambre est près de tout! La chambre est grande et spacieuse avec un service incroyable. Des activités à votre disposition que se soit à la piscine ou sur le complexe. La seule chose est que la nourriture au buffet n'est pas très varié de jour en jour. La nourriture de l'hôtel est incroyable que ce soit pour le déjeuner, dîner ou souper. Les restaurants à la carte sont spectaculaires, le resto piscine le Cenote offre des repas incroyables et le buffet est très bon aussi. La plage est similaire aux autres complexes au Mexique c'est à dire remplie d'algues mais il ne manque pas de transats. Cela dit, elle ne se trouve pas à même le complexe, vous devez prendre le service de "taxi" qui est offert par l'hôtel et vous rendre sur un des autres complexe annexé.
