The food was really ordinary for a hotel of this caliber.
Nourriture vraiment ordinaire pour ce calibre d'hotel
I accompanied a person with reduced mobility, and we chose to stay in the Elegance Club to make things easier. The Club's private dining room is on the second floor and inaccessible because the elevator was out of service—all week long! The service elevator was often inaccessible due to housekeeping carts and blocked access. We had to eat lunch in the same place all week. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.
J'ai accompagné une personne a mobilité réduite, nous avons choisi d'etre dans le Club Elégance pour nous facilité la tache. La salle a manger privé du Club est au deuxieme etage et non accessible par ce que l'ascenseur était hors Usage -toute la semaine !!!!!!!!!
More... Less...L' ascenseur de service était souvent pas accessible dÛ aux chariots de ménage et accès barré.
nous avons déjeuner au meme endroit toute la semaine.
C'est inacceptable pour un Hotel de ce calibre.

Okay, but definitely not 5 stars
Pas un 5 étoiles
Beautiful resort, but showing its age. The air conditioning in the room was very noisy. The sheets were yellowed and torn. The service was very inconsistent, with many rude staff members. There were no chairs at the pool or beach; everyone reserved them and then left… no oversight. Hats off to the very energetic entertainment team.
Beau voyage mais bcp de petits irritants. L’état des chambres dont la climatisation est très bruyante et la literie jaunie et parfois en mauvais état. Super belle équipe d’animation. Service au bar très inégal et en général aussi.

The staff are raising the star rating because it's clearly more of a 4.5 than a 5-star; I'd say it's closer to a 4-star.
Le personnel augmente les étoiles car clairement plus un 5* je dirais 4.5 ce rapprochant du 4*
Let's just say the place is starting to show its age. Maybe it was a 5-star hotel when it opened, but not anymore. The air conditioning isn't great, and forget about privacy in the bathroom and shower because a glass door is practically useless. On the other hand, the service and food were excellent. The adults-only option isn't worth considering because you get all the same services except for a useless concierge (butler) and an adults-only pool. Everything else is the same. As for the à la carte restaurants, Le Français and See Sea were our favorites.
Disons que l'endroit commence a voir besoins d'amour Peut être un 5* à son ouverture mais plus maintenant. L'air climatiser est pas au top et faut oublier son coté privé pour salle de bain et douche car une porte vitré fait honneur de porte. Par contre pour le service et la bouffe tout était très bien. L'option adulte seulement n'est pas à considéré car vous a droit a tous les même service sauf un concierge (butler) inutile et un piscine adulte seulement. Les restes tout est pareils. Pour les restaurants a la carte. Le Francais et le See Sea était nos meilleur.
