The staff are very polite and helpful. The restaurants are very good and offer a nice variety. The pools are in a deplorable state and there are strong odors coming from near the bars.

Happiness and peace at the Majestic Elegance Club
Bonheur et paix au Majestic Élégance Club

Every day we were greeted by pleasant, smiling people who became like friends, especially Maxima at the pool bar, as well as Rosa and Marilaina. Our dear gentleman in charge of towels, Frantzceau, was very welcoming and helpful. It was a truly dream vacation at this hotel. On the downside, the cigar smokers polluted the air everywhere, even by the pool.

Tous les jours nous avions des personnes agréables et souriantes qui sont devenus comme des amis surtout Maxima au bar de la piscine ainsi que Rosa, Marilaina. Notre cher monsieur aux serviettes Frantzceau très accueillant et serviable. C'était un véritable voyage de rêve à cet hôtel. Du côté négatif, les fumeurs de cigares qui ont envahi la pureté de l'air extérieur partout même à la piscine. Beaucoup de sargasses qui rend difficile l'accès à la mer.
