There's a shortage of everything for food; people have to bring their own cheese and eggs. There's no coffee or juice, and it's always the same thing: rice with minced meat in tomato sauce. So people go to restaurants in the surrounding area.

We were there only to have a place between our trips because we slept there only 2 nights. The buffet is terrible not because of the food in Cuba but what was on the plate. It was not a buffet it was a waiter who came to bring us what they had decided. The girl did not come to clean my room neither the first day nor the day before last. No alcoholic drinks in an all-inclusive except beer. If you want a Tolu rum you have to take out your credit card. No cash. The pool hmmm the water was questionable. The beach is not directly on site but not too far on foot. You have to pay if you want a little snack in between. As for the hotel staff, they are kind and surely they do what they can with what they have. Recommended for your vacation no. To go on an adventure and have a place to leave your luggage little being. It all depends on the price.
Nous étions là seulement pour avoir une place entre nos déplacements car nous avons couché là seulement 2 soirs. Le buffet est terrible pas parce que la nourriture de Cuba mais ce qu’il y avait dans l’assiette. Ce n’était pas un buffet c’était un serveur qui venait nous apporter ce qu’eux avait décidé. La fille n’était pas venue faire le ménage dans ma chambre ni la première journée ni l’avant dernière journée. Aucune boisson alcoolisée dans un tout inclus sauf la bière. Tu veux un rhum tolu dois sortir ta carte de crédit. Aucun argent comptant. La piscine hmmm l’eau était douteuse. La plage n’est pas directement sur le site mais pas trop loin à pieds. Tu dois payer si tu veux un petit snack entre temps. Pour le personnel de l’hôtel, ils sont gentils et sûrement qu’ils font ce qu’ils peuvent avec ce qu’ils ont. À recommandé pour vos vacances non. Pour partir à l’aventure et avoir une place pour laisser vos bagages petit être. Tout dépend du prix.

It wasn't a big tank!
C’était pas un gros char !
1- I've never eaten so badly in my entire life, you just have to make such bad buffets... might as well do nothing... 2- the bar closes way too early 3- I only had milk for coffee once in 15 days, same thing for eggs... Yet it was easy to buy them in the streets... 4- friendly smiles missing from the reception staff, at the bar it was ok 5- adequate room but I had to put bed sheets and bath towels near the door myself after 5 days to get clean ones In short!! pretty horrible hotel, not going back, a real disappointment 😟
1- J’ai jamais mangé aussi mal de toute ma vie, t’en qu’à faire des buffets aussi mauvais… aussi bien rien faire…
