The hotel was very good, although when we booked on your site we used the following filters: adults only and swim out. The swim out was available, but we did not have our reservation at the correct hotel in this chain; we were in the family section. Upon arrival, the transfer was chaotic. There was only one person in front of a line of over 150 people who were trying their best to tell us where to go. After 20 minutes, we were sent to line 107 at the other end to be told to wait at another line. To make a long story short, an hour later, there were still over 150 people waiting. We decided to take a taxi, which cost 60 USD. To get back, we had no idea what time we should expect to be. In the morning, we spoke to our concierge who put us in contact with our local Air Transat representative who gave us a time to be at the gate. We arrived 20 minutes before, and an hour after the scheduled time, we took another taxi so as not to miss our flight. Another 60 USD. Donation: 90% for the flight, 80% for the hotel (despite it not being our choice), and ZERO% for all Air Transat on-site services. A refund for our taxi fare would be appreciated.

l'hotel étaiy très bien, bien que lorsque nous avons réservé sur votre site, on a mis les filtres suivant, adulte seulement et swim out, le smim out etait au rendez vous mais nous avions pas notre reservation au bon hotel de cette chaine, nous étions a la portion fammillial. de plau lors de notre arriver le transfert etait cahotique, une seul pesronne devant une ligne de plus de 150 personnes qui tentait tant bien que mal de noius indiquer ou aller , apres 20 minute on nous a envoyer a la l;igne 107 a l'autre bout pour nous faire diure d'atrtendre a uner autre ligne, pour faire une histoire courte, 1 heutre apres on etais encorew plus de 150 personnes en attente, on a decider de prendre un taxi, 60 USD, pour revenir nous avions pas d'idée a quelle heure nous devions attendre, le matin nous avions parler a notre consierge qui nous a mis en contact avec notre representant local de air ytransat qui nous a donner une heure pour etre a la porte, nous somme arriver 20 minutes avant et apres 1 heure apres l'heure prévue nous avons pris un taxi pour ne pas manquer notre vol, un autre 60 USD. don 90 % pour le vol, 80% pour hotel malgré le fait que ce n'ai pas ce que nous avons choisie et ZÉRO% pour tout ce qui est service sur place de air transat SVP un remboursemet de nos taxi searit aprécié

The way this place is divided, there are very little people around at all times. The food is delicious and the service is exceptional (please be sure to always tip). The only thing that prevents this place from being perfect is the constant sarcassum in the water. Workers are cleaning it up constantly, but there is always more. :-(

The only downside is the beach. The vegetation grows at the bottom of the sea, leaving little chance for the sun to reflect the much-loved turquoise waters. Also, it was sargassum season. Despite the staff's efforts to manage the situation, it smelled bad.

Le seul point négatif, c'est la plage. La végétation pousse au fond de la mer laissant peux de chance au soleil de refléter les eaux turquoises tant appréciées. De plus, c'était la période des sargasses. Malgré les efforts du personnel pour gérer la situation, ça sentait pas bon.

Renovations completed, everything is close on site. Wonderful. Very good food.

Rénovations faites, tout est proche sur le site. Merveilleux. Très bonne bouffe.
