A beautiful treasure rediscovered that was completely off our radar, highly recommended.

The resort is all-inclusive; we visited in August 2026. The kids' club is what makes all the difference to the experience. The staff did an exceptional job, and I always felt my children were having fun and were safe. The facilities are very clean, and the staff are incredibly resourceful and helpful. The quality of all the restaurants and the buffet is truly WOW! Room service is available 24 hours a day. The only downside is the quality of the beach, but Puerto Morellos is only 20 minutes away, where the beach is beautiful and very safe. An UberXL ride costs around $10. We'll definitely be back.

Le seul point négatif est la qualité de la plage, mais à seulement 20 mins on retrouve Puerto Morellos, la plage est belle et très sécuritaire, en UberXL +/-10$ . On y retourne c'est sûr.

If your main intention is to spend time on the beach and swimming in the sea, you shouldn't go to this resort. It's full of rocks, pebbles, and seaweed. The water is brown.

Excellent resort with a very nice pool and a very good restaurant. Also, the accessibility is fantastic; before a leg injury, I was able to walk around the entire resort without any problems.
