If your main intention is to spend time on the beach and swimming in the sea, you shouldn't go to this resort. It's full of rocks, pebbles, and seaweed. The water is brown.

Si votre intention principale est de passer du temps à la plage et de se baigner dans la mer, il ne faut pas aller à ce resort. Il y a plein de roches, de caillous et des algues. L'eau est brune.

Excellent resort with a very nice pool and a very good restaurant. Also, the accessibility is fantastic; before a leg injury, I was able to walk around the entire resort without any problems.

Excellent complex avec dr très belle piscine et de très bon restaurant. Aussi, l'accessibilité est fantastique, avant une blessure à la jambe, j'ai pu me promener dans tout le complexe sans problème.

I have an egg allergy, in addition to my daughter having celiac disease, and I was extremely restricted all week. We traveled from Wednesday to Wednesday. Restaurant reservations open on Saturday. When we arrived, some restaurants were still open at 9:30 PM. This isn't ideal with children. So, we ate at the buffet four nights, which was far from perfect. Each meal is advertised, but nothing is described. There's no mention of allergies. Every time we entered, we were asked about our allergies and if we needed assistance. Each time we said yes, and we only received it once. No chef came to explain our options. Some employees didn't even understand when we mentioned gluten-free. I was even served shrimp with mayonnaise, and told there was no egg until I pointed to the mayonnaise container, at which point he apologized 20 times… I had to be on my guard and barely eat anything all week. No bread was offered, nor any dessert as compensation. Based on my experience compared to other resorts, it's clear this hotel has a long way to go, and there's no way we'll be returning. It's a real shame to call yourself a 5-star hotel and not have a suitable menu.

J’ai une allergie aux œufs, en plus de ma fille cœliaque, et j’ai été extrêmement restreinte toute la semaine. Nous avons voyagé du mercredi au mercredi. Les réservations pour les restaurants ouvrent le samedi. Lors de notre arrivée il restait certains restaurants à 21:30. Ce n’est pas fameux avec des enfants. Nous avons donc mangé au buffet 4 soirs. Ce qui n’est vraiment pas parfait. Chaque repas est annoncé mais rien n’est décrit. Il n’y a aucune mention pour les allergies. À chaque fois que l’on entrait, on nous demandait nos allergies et si nous voulions de l’assistance. À chaque fois nous disions oui et nous l’avons reçu une seule fois. Aucun chef ne s’est déplacé pour nous indiquer ce que nous avions comme option. Certains employés ne comprenaient même pas quand on mentionnait gluten free. On m’a même servit des crevettes avec de la mayo en me disant qu’il n’y avait pas d’œuf jusqu’au moment où je pointe le récipient de mayonnaise et qu’il s’excuse 20 fois… j’ai du être sur mes gardes et ne pas manger grand chose de la semaine. Aucun pain ne m’a été servit, aucun dessert en compensation. Pour mon expérience versus d’autres resorts, il est clair que cet hôtel a du chemin à faire et il est hors de question que l’on y retourne. Très dommage de se dire un 5 étoiles et de ne pas avoir de menu adapté.

Overall, a lovely couple's vacation. The beach is practically unsuitable for swimming, but we were aware of that. There's a small, accessible trail in the second-to-last section from left to left... The welcome tax of US$147 per week for two was very disappointing. You really had to arrive early to get/reserve a good spot.

We especially loved the pool and the activities. The Dolores restaurant is excellent!
