Lack of maintenance ++++. Not a hotel to recommend. 6/10. Positive: Good restaurants, plenty of space on the beach. Negative: Inefficient reception (we waited 1 hour to check in without getting the keys and came back 2 hours later and waited another 15 minutes). Non-functional air conditioning in common areas and restaurants. No place to relax for a drink other than the pools. Pool bars close at 6 p.m. and the lobby bar at 11 p.m. This leaves only a windowless, uninviting, disco-style space for the rest of the day. 1-3 elevators out of 4 worked throughout the stay; and those that worked didn't necessarily stop on our floor! Room not made up 1 day out of 5.

Manque d'entretien ++++. Pas un hôtel à recommander. 6/10. Positif : Bons restaurants, beaucoup de places à la plage. Négatif : Accueil non efficace (nous avons attendu 1 heure pour s'enregistrer sans obtenir les clés et revenir 2 heures plus tard et ré-attendre 15 minutes). Climatisation non fonctionnelle dans les espaces communs et dans les restaurants. Pas de lieu de détente pour prendre un verre autre que les piscines. Bars de la piscine ferment à 18h et celui du lobby à 23h. Il ne reste alors qu'une place sans fenêtre peu invitant de type discothèque pour la suite des choses. 1-3 ascenseurs fonctionnels sur 4 durant tout le séjour; et ceux qui fonctionnaient ne s'arrêtaient pas nécessairement à notre étage ! Chambre non faite 1 journée sur 5.

No entertainment. The music starts right around 11:00, finding that for a hotel that was presented as "party" it was ugly. Hard to get change for tips. A la carte restaurant not all open. Not a big selection at the buffet...but for what it had it was very good. The room I had "401" the air conditioning was not working well. It was at the lowest 18.5 but there were 27 left in the room. The mini bar was not refilled every day, so lack of bottled water. At least in the lobby you can get bottles. Positive: The staff was very good, sometimes hard to get service. Since I am a customer who tips a lot when traveling I am more easily recognized. For the room, the shower is wonderful and the beds very comfortable. Very clean hotel. And the pools are fantastic. Negative: Everything described in the comments.

Pas de entertainment. La music commence juste vers 11:00, trouver que pour un hotel qui etais présenter comme “party” il etais moche.
Dur d'avoir du change pour des pourboires.

Pas une grosse Selection au buffet...mais pour quesque il avais cetais tres bon.
La chambre que j'avais “401” lair climatisé fonctionnait pas bien. Il etais au plus bas 18.5 mais il restais a 27 dans la chambre. Le mini bar etais pas remplis a chaque jours, donc manque de bouteille deau. Au moin dans le lobby on peut avoir des bouteilles. Positif : Le personnel etais tres bon, parfois dur a avoir di service. Vue je suis un client qui tip baucoup en voyage je me fait reconnaître plus facilement.
Pour la chambre, la douche est merveilleuse et le lits tres confortable.

We were not aware that there was such a big concert at our hotel. We were surprised on Friday and Saturday but it was excellent and impressive. The beach was super beautiful. The food is okay but nothing wow I would have liked a seafood restaurant, there are not enough restaurants and small bars to relax at this hotel. Not a hotel for having children. Positive: The shows are super fun. The beach is super beautiful. Negative: Not enough restaurants open and free. Only one bar at the reception to have a drink in the evening...and closed during shows...there is a lack of restaurants and small bars. When there are no shows on Friday or Saturday there is nothing else to do in the hotel..no singer, music, lounge...it's boring. Not a hotel for children at all. The pools are not very nice.

nous n etions pas au courant qu il y avait d aussi gros concert a notre hotel. Nous avons ete surpris le vendredi et samedi mais c etait excellent et impressionnant. La plage etait super belle. la bouffe est correcte mais rien de wow j aurais aime un resto de fruits de mer, il n y a pas assez de restos et de ptits bars pour relaxer a cet hotel. pas un hotel pour avoir des enfants. Positif : les spectacles sont super le fun . la plage est super belle. Négatif : Pas assez de restaurants ouverts et gratuits. un seul bar a la reception pour prendre un verre le soir...et fermé lors de spectacles...il manque de restos et de petits bars. lorsqu il y a pas de spectacles le vendredi ou samedi il n y a rien d autres a faire dans l hotel..pas de chanteur, musique , lounge..c'est ennuyant. pas un hotel pour enfants du tout. les piscines sont pas tres belles.

Not enough a la carte restaurants and those that are open only half the time. A little too many things that you have to pay extra for despite it being an all-inclusive. A little too much pool party. I recommend this hotel more to young adults in their twenties or early thirties. Positive: Very clean hotel, very comfortable bed, very welcoming and friendly staff and the beach is beautiful. The concept of the beds on the edge of the beach is great and you don't have to get up very early to get one. The boulevard in front of the hotel is great, because we can go for a walk at any time of the day in complete safety and see very nice shops and restaurants. Negative: Clientele a little too young and too many things to pay extra for.

Pas assez de restaurant à la carte et ceux qu’il y a sont ouverts une fois sur deux. Un peu trop de choses qu’il faut payer en extra malgré le fait que ce soit un tout-inclus. Un peu trop le party dans la piscine. Je recommande cet hôtel plus à de jeunes adultes dans la vingtaine début trentaine. Positif : Hôtel très propre, lit très confortable, personnel très accueillant et sympathique et la plage est magnifique. Le concept des lits sur le bord de la plage est génial et pas besoin de se lever très tôt pour en avoir un. Le boulevard en avant de l’hôtel est super, car nous pouvons aller se promener à tout heure du jour en toute sécurité et voir de très beaux magasins et restos. Négatif : Clientèle un peu trop jeune et trop de choses à payer en extra.
