We received excellent service, except at the rooftop bar... the piña colada and margarita were made with quick mixes and were very disappointing. The buffets and dining room staff were exceptional; Rafael and Jorge stood out for their attentiveness and sense of humor despite their fast pace! The housekeeping staff were very well-trained, efficient, and friendly.
