We as a family had a bad experience , started the first day we arrived , our room door cannot open with the cards , does not works , every day same problems , we complained to the manager many times but no help , we asked them to change the room , they refused , we suffered a lot .
Room services and cleaning was bad , we have to ask many times to give us toilette papers and clean towels , they do not change rowels at all , you need to beg them and give them tips to give you new towels .
Foods was bad and restaurants was horrible , No fruits , only two types same each day , plates were dirty and we had to complain many times so they can each the plates better, same foods each day and no taste and bad quality. We will never go back again .

The heat and the sea of Cuba are hard to beat.
La chaleur et la mer de cuba difficile ,a battre.
The Japanese à la carte restaurant is not Japanese food. We found the same thing at the buffet. Very disappointing. There were a lot of birds eating from our plates and pecking at the buffet and the staff did nothing to chase them away. We noticed that there were a lot of nests above us in the roof of the buffet room, for sanitation we will come back. Nothing to complain about the staff, good service.
Le resto à la carte japonais , n`est pas de la nourriture à la japonaise . Nous retrouvons la meme chose au buffet.Très decevant. Il y a enormement d`oiseau qui mange dans nos assiettes et picores dans le buffet et le personnel ne fait rien pour les chasser. Nous avons constatez qu`il y avait beaucoup de nid au dessus de nous dans la toiture de la salle du buffet , pour la salubritee on repassera .Rien ,a redire sur le personnel, bon serviice.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We noticed that the place is deteriorating somewhat but is still interesting. The numerous seaweeds on the beach could be collected, which would be appreciated. The sea is super beautiful.
2e fois qu’on allait à cet hôtel. On a remarqué que les lieux se dégradent quelque peu mais demeurent quand même intéressants. Les nombreuses algues sur la plage pourraient être ramassées, ce qui serait apprécié. La mer super belle.
The hotel will have to invest dollars to keep the tourist present.
L’hôtel devra investir des dollars pour garder le touriste présent.

We really liked this place for the quality of the staff, the activities with the Geo were perfect, we ate well and we will return there with friends without hesitation!
On as beaucoup aimé cet endroit pour la qualité du personnel,les activités avec les Géo étais parfaite,on as bien mangé et on y retournera avec des amis sans gêne !
