So sad, this hotel is my favorite... But the trip was canceled by Sunwing... I still left a review since I've stayed at this hotel more than 15 times in the last 5 years. I'll go back as soon as possible. I had a reservation for October which was also canceled.

A paradise-like place
Un endroit paradisiaque
It's true we weren't lucky; we only had 4 days of good weather out of 14. However, the 4 days we did have good weather were magnificent. The staff were always smiling despite the hotel closures and their unimaginable and inhumane situations. I hope they will finally have better conditions in their country so we can enjoy this sublime landscape and these incredibly warm people. It's true that if you're traveling to eat, you'll find the food repetitive, although I personally ate very well. We returned because we loved this hotel last year, and after a disastrous experience trying another hotel last summer, we decided to give ourselves the best chance.
C'est certain que nous n'avons pas été chanceux 4 jours de beau temps sur 14. Parcontre les 4 jours où il a fait beau c'était magnifique. Le personnel toujours souriant malgré la fermeture des hôtels et leurs situations inimaginable et inhumaine. J'espère qu'ils vont enfin avoir de meilleures conditions dans leurs pays afin que l'on puisse profiter de ce paysage sublime et ce peuple avec une immense chaleur humaine. C'est certain que si vous voyagez pour manger vous allez trouver la nourriture répétitives malgré que j'ai très bien mangé pour ma part. Nous y sommes retournés car l'année dernière nous avions aimé cette hôtel et après un essai désastreux à essayer un autre hôtel l'été dernier nous avons décidé de mettre toutes les chances sur notre côté.
