Description

Located in the southeastern part of Cuba, Holguin is a prime destination due to its high temperature, even in winter. Beachgoers meet in Guardalavaca, around 40 km from Holguin, where most of the hotels are. The crystal clear waters as well as the white sand are breathtaking!

POSITIVE: If we go to Cuba, it is mainly to enjoy the sun, the beaches and the kindness of the Cubans. This hotel complex is large, with many trees, walkways and several swimming pools. We found the rooms spacious and well maintained. NEGATIVE: This hotel complex was built on a hill, there are many steps to climb. It is worth remembering that this complex is located in a Socialist country and that everything is therefore controlled by the Central government. The American embargo has not helped CUBA with regard to the country's supply, which poses a problem for food.

POSITIF: Si nous allons à Cuba, s'est principalement pour profiter du soleil, des plages et dela gentillesse des Cubains. Ce complexe hôtelier est grand, avec de nombreau arbes, des allées et plusiers piscines. Nous avons trouvé les chambres spacieuses et bien entretenues.

NÉGATIF: Ce complexe hôtelier était construit sur une colline, il y a de nombreuses marches à gravir. Il fait rappeler que ce complexe est situé dans une pays Socialiste et que tout est donc contrôle par le gouvernement Central. L'embargo américain n'a pas aidé CUBA en ce qui concerne l'approvisionnement du Pays, ce qui pose problème pour la nourriture.

Sungwing très vraiment nous sommes insatisfait,pas que le représentant a été un soûl jour pour le hotel et c’est nous que le chercher.
Le dernier jour est cédule a 16.50 hs et arrive à 19.00 hs ,ont été très déçu,je demande parler avec un représentant de sungwing et personne était là.
Je espere que soit la dernière fois que nous voyageons avec sungwing,
