Everything is good except the buffet... no working toaster. No salad dressing, so you eat dry salad all over the place. No jam or peanut butter. No bacon to go with the eggs in the morning. Out of four burners for the guy making the omelets, only one works, so it takes forever... the bars don't have any drinks other than rum. Only Zamboo or tequila... the temperature didn't help either, but that's Mother Nature's fault. Overall, it's okay. Nothing more...

Tout est bon sauf le buffet... pas de toaster qui fonctionne. Pas de salade dressing alors tu mange ta salade sec partout sur le site. Pas de confiture ni ds beurre d'arachide. Pas de bacon pour accompagner les oeufs le matin. Sur 4 rond pour le messieurs qui fait les omelettes 1 rond fonctionne alors tres long.... les bar n'ont pas de boissons différentes de rhum. Zambooca ou tequila seulement.... la température a pas aidé non plus mais cest la fautre de mère nature. Generale cest bien. Pas plus...

Our second stay at this hotel, a superb first experience in 2023. Once again, nothing to complain about regarding the food and the staff; it always lives up to our expectations. They continue to work wonders with very little! And for those who are still being brainwashed, no, there's no invasion of killer mosquitoes! The resort is treated; you just need to take a few precautions. The major drawback of the trip: the accommodation. The hotel received a room reservation that wasn't the one we had booked: as if the hotel we had, on paper, had a different reservation... From a Premium room with a garden view that we had reserved, we were moved to a Premium room with a pool view. After discussion with the manager, the negotiation led us to a standard room, not Premium, but with a sea view, block 3, room 1122, a ground floor room. The response was then, "We'll upgrade you." Okay... If you're offered this room, run away until the renovations are done: Mold around the bathtub and sinks, mold on the bedroom walls, a double patio door that won't close (it stays open to the right or left, no matter how you try to close it), an unintentional swim-out (water pools in front of the balcony), electrical outlets not secured to the wall, a broken bathroom fan, no hot water for two days, but above all, a humidity level in the room that must have been close to 90%. The ventilation/air conditioning was completely broken; it even seemed to be adding to the humidity. Even outside, it was less humid (thank goodness for winter). NOTHING dried during that week—not the clothes, not the bags, not the sheets. Anything resembling paper, even when packed in bags, fell apart. The clean clothes in the suitcases were also damp. We had to dry the wallpaper with a hairdryer... So, I'll say it again, everything else is perfect, taking into account the supply difficulties they might be experiencing, but entering the room was becoming a major annoyance. I'm really looking forward to the renovations for everyone's well-being.

Encore une fois, rien à redire à propos de la nourriture et du personnel, c'est toujours à la hauteur de nos attentes, ils continuent à faire des miracles avec peu ! Et pour ceux qui se font encore brainwasher, non, pas d'invasion de moustiques tueurs ! Le resort est traité, suffit de prendre quelques précautions.
Le gros hic du voyage: L'hébergement.
L'hôtel a reçu une réservation de chambre qui n'était pas celle que vous avions réservé: autant l'hôtel que vous avions, sur papier, une réservation différente ... D'une chambre Premium vue sur le jardin que nous avions réservé, on nous a emmené vers une chambre Premium vue sur la piscine. Après discussion avec le directeur, la négociation nous a amené vers une chambre standard, non premium, mais vue sur la mer, bloc 3, chambre 1122, un rée de chaussée. Le discours est alors, "on vous upgrade". Ok ...
Si on vous propose cette chambre, fuyez tant que les nénovations ne seront pas faite:
Moisissures autour du bain et des éviers, moisissure sur les murs de la chambre, porte patio double qui ne ferme pas (reste ouverte a droite ou a gauche, peu importe comment on veut la fermer), swim out involontaire (L'eau stagne devant de balcon..), prises de courant non fixées au mur, ventilateur de salle de bain hors fonction, eau chaude inexistante pendant 2 jours, mais surtout un taux d'humidité dans la chambre qui devait avoisiner les 90%. La ventilation/clim complètement hors d'état, elle semblait même rajouter de l'humidité. Même à l'extérieur, c'était moins humide (merci l'hiver). RIEN n'a séché pendant cette semaine, ni les habits, ni les sacs, ni les draps, tout ce qui pouvait resembler à du papier, même rangé dans des sacs, tombait en lambeaux, les habits propres dans les valises étaient eux aussi humides. Il a fallu faire sécher les papiers avec le sèche cheveux ...
Alors je le redis, tout le reste est parfait, en prenant en considération les difficultés d'approvisionnement qu'ils peuvent éprouver, mais rentrer dans la chambre devenait un gros irritant. Bien hâte aux rénovations pour le bien-être de tous.
