Outdated room, moldy, not clean, I asked for a new room and was told nothing was available even though the resort seemed half full. I said I was willing to pay and magically a newer but identical room was freed up... after long negotiations... it cost me $200 US CASH to have an identical but clean room. Beach full of seaweed that they collect every 2-3 days... we have to swim in front of other resorts.... Total disappointment... average service in the restaurants... we have to run after them to get glasses of water... Positive: Great water slide... partial access to the Royalton which is great... beautiful evening show at the Royalton theater Negative: Beach, not swimmable the week we were there... lots of seaweed but right in front of our resort. Average service, outdated and not clean room.
Chambre désuette, moissisure, pas propre, j’ai demandé une nouvelle chambre et on m’a dit rien de disponible alors que le resort semblait à moitié rempli. J’ai dit que j’étais près à payer et par magie une chambre plus récente mais identique c’est libéré .. après de longue négo .. ça m’a couté 200$ Us CASH pour avoir une chambre identique mais propre. Plage bourré d’algue qu’ils ramassent au 2-3 jours .. on doit se baigner devant d’autres resorts.... Déception total.. service moyen dans les resto .. on doit courrir après eux pour avoir des verre d’eau .. Positif : Glissade d’eau super ...accès en partie au Royalton qui est super ... beau spectacle en soirée au theatre du Royalton Négatif : Plage, pas baignable la semaine qu’on était là.. beaucoup d’algue mais juste devant notre resort. Service moyen, chambre désuette et pas propre.

Great Hotel! Cleanliness A1, beach far away but it's very easy to get to by shuttle.... water park very clean and very fun for kids. Access to the Royalton facilities is a plus!! The shows are very good!!! Hotel recommended and returned Positive: Paradise beach - extraordinary staff - our complex was well located - party pool and quiet pool - very clean water park - very good buffet and the ice cream machine at the Royalton cafe lol Negative: lacks a lobby with atmosphere but we find it at the Royalton and the eternal lack of chairs at the beach... we have to get up very early to have a little shade 7:30 am and it's already too late!!! but hey we are early risers we took advantage of the sunrise for a little meditation!!!
Super Hotel! propreté A1, plage eloigner mais ce fait tres bien en shuttle.... parc aquatique tres propre et tres amusant pour les enfants. l'acces aux installations du royalton est un plus!! les spectacle tres bon!!! Hotel a recommandé et à retourné Positif : Plage paradisiaque - personnel extraordinnaire - notre complex etait bien situé - piscine de party et piscine calme - parc aquatique tres propre - buffet tres bien et la machine a creme glacer au café du royalton lol Négatif : manque un lobby avec ambiance mais on le retrouve au royalton et l'eternel manque de chaise a la plage... nous devons nous lever tres tot pour avoir un peu d'ombre 7h30 et il est deja trop tard!!! mais bon nous sommes des leve tot on a profité du lever de soleil pour un peu de mediation!!!

An ideal hotel for families. Positive: Room close to the various activities. No reservations for the à la carte restaurants Possibility of changing towels every day Bracelet that opens the room doors (be careful not to lose them $50) Beach with beautiful sand and possibility of walking Water park +++ You don't feel like you have to tip the restaurant or others... Negative: There are often not enough chairs on the beach / Many people who reserve with a towel and do not show up during the day. Rooms are available at 3pm when we arrive at 11:30am. We didn't know this... and the reception instead of telling us... made us wait to see if a room would soon be available. Maybe advise people to go to dinner and enjoy the pool during this time?

Disponibilité des chambres a 3pm quand on arrive a 11h30am. On ne le savait pas ... et la reception au lieu nous le dire ... nous fessait attendre pour voir si une chambre serait bientot disponible. Peut-etre aviser les gens d'aller diner et profiter de la piscine pendant ce temps ?
