To visit Havana is to experience the real Cuba! Come on, step out of your all-inclusive hotel and take a stroll through this fascinating city where yesterday and today's history blend perfectly. A true open-air museum, Havana is the cradle of Cuban rhythmic music. You will come back home completely charmed by this colonial city which is, by the way, the country's capital.

The hotel is and the majority of the staff completely jaded Positive: Hotel well located, interesting pool area. The breakfast buffet is quite varied. Negative: Comfort leaves something to be desired (everything needs to be padded), a large majority of the staff seems jaded...too bad

Positive: The hotel's location is ideal for visiting Old Havana, the Capitol and surrounding museums. The Malecon is also very close. On the poolside, the snack bar is ideal for a quick meal for lunch, a pizza before returning visit. We got a room of good size, but some are tiny. The best are those of the ends, preferably from the fifth floor. The bar on the ground floor is interesting, with bands from 11h to 23h daily. Christmas and New Year's Day, we were treated to a dinner show at the pool included. It was much appreciated. In the lobby of the hotel business, access to a currency exchange is highly valued, but the center of Old Havana seems to have better rates. Negative: The pool was rather cold during our stay. There is a buffet lunch, we had one at the restaurant on the ground floor, it was good but very repetitive. In general, it's clean, but it is a hotel that dates when certain things would benefit from refurbishment. The bathroom is small. This hotel is not for those seeking plenty of activities included, but rather a port visit to the city and then return to rest.
