Excellent except for the beach
Excellent sauf la plage

We've stayed at this hotel several times and everything is almost perfect except for the sea and the nauseating smell of seaweed. They do collect it, but there's just too much. We prefer the pool, so it's not a problem for us. There are so many quality à la carte restaurants and several options for snacks. The drinks are also of excellent quality.

Plusieurs fois à cet hôtel et tout est quasiment parfait sauf la mer et l’odeur nauséabonde des algues. Ils les ramassent mais il y en a juste trop. Nous préférons la piscine donc pas un problème pour nous. Tellement de restaurants à la carte de qualité et plusieurs options pour des snacks. Boissons de qualité supérieure aussi.

The only downside. The site is very large, so we had difficulty finding where to meet our Air Transat representative. When we asked at the office and explained our situation (changing from Sunrise to Grand), they didn't know where the meeting was supposed to take place. Also, we received very little information during this meeting.

Seul petit bémol. Très grand site, donc on a eu de la difficulté à trouver où rencontrer notre représentante Air Transat. Here is my feedback after a week at the Moon Palace Cancun Sunrise and Nizuc sections. October 1-8, 2022 Sunrise. Mango building. Room 3510. Superb view and very well located. 5th visit and 6th in January. Comments: Staff: super friendly and courteous. There are really a lot of them. Shuttles: efficient and in abundance. Also, 3 big buses only go to the 3 lobbies. Buildings: a little lacking in love. On 3 levels. Meals: delicious and several restaurants for all tastes. Palace resort app is super efficient. Pools: several pools from calm to lively. Surf Flowrider: free Arcades: free Chocolate, macaron and cake bars: free Room service: directly with the app or by phone. Fast, hot and good. Free. Bath products: top quality. CHI products. Room: ultra comfortable bed. Starting to lack love though. Very large shower and very large whirlpool bath. In-room drinks: 4-bottle dispenser, beer, water, and sparkling water. Shows: very good. Beach: the sand is very fine and white. Sea: brownish water. Only 10 minutes from the airport. Free access to Beach Palace, Sun Palace, and Playacar Palace. Meals and facilities included. Taxi transportation not included. $28 us one way to the Beach. $35 us return. My verdict: 4 3/4* for the little lack of love worthy of a 5* Palace. The Grand at Moon Palace Cancún, on the other hand, is worth its 4 💎 diamond.

Repas: délicieux et plusieurs restaurants pour tous les goûts.
Application Palace resort hyper efficace.
Piscines: plusieurs piscines de calme à animée.
Surf Flowrider: gratuit
Arcades: gratuit
Bars à chocolats, macarons et gâteaux: gratuit
Service à la chambre: directement avec l’application ou par téléphone. Rapide, chaud et bon. Gratuit.
Produits de bain: qualité supérieure. CHI products.
Chambre: lit ultra confortable. Commence à manquer d’amour par contre. Douche très grande et très gros bain tourbillon.
Boissons dans la chambre: distributeur de 4 bouteilles de fort, bières, eau et eau pétillante.
Spectacles: très bons
Plage: le sable est très fin et blanc.
Mer : eau brunâtre.
10 minutes de l’aéroport seulement.
Accès gratuit au Beach Palace, Sun Palace et Playacar Palace. Repas et installations inclus. Transport Taxi non inclus. 28$us aller au Beach.
35$us au retour.
Mon verdict: 4 3/4* pour le petit manque d’amour digne d’un 5* Palace.
Le The Grand at Moon Palace Cancún par contre vaut son 4 💎 diamant.
