Excellent hôtel
Everything was perfect! The only downside was the time-chair salespeople. They were quite persistent, and we had to stand our ground and say no several times. We were tired from our day of travel and just wanted to get to our room to settle in and relax. We had to go to an office to ask for it repeatedly.

Nous étions fatigués de notre journée de voyagement et voulions juste avoir notre chambre pour s’installer et relaxer. Nous avons du aller dans un bureau pour ce faire demander à plusieurs reprises..

This hotel is great. The food is super good, lots of activities and the sea is beautiful. The room is small but comfortable. You can't sleep before 10pm because of the music from the theater and it's far from the airport, those are the only negative points I have.
Cet hôtel est génial. Le manger super bon, plein d'activités et la mer est belle. La chambre petite mais confortable. Vous ne pouvez pas dormir avant 10pm a cause de la musique du théâtre et c'est loin de l'aéroport, c'est les seul points négatif que j'ai.

The title says it all. The property is nice and clean, the rooms as well. Many activities, game room, kids enjoyed a lot.
But any (even minor) interaction with the staff turned into a mini argument. They seemed not to want to work there at all. Some, even thought we were working for them. Very aweful experience in that regard after having visited other countries in the Caribbean and alway seeing relatively lively and happy staff.
Also, something with moon palace resorts in general, they try to sell you membership with their sneaky tactics and they basically ruin your first day or two. They would lure you in with "someone will explain your all inclusive perks" after checking in, but that someone will try to sell you 10s of thousands of dollars memberships, and they wont let go until you say no to at least 4 or 5 people. This was the case (even worse) when we visited moon palace cancun a few years back)
